-Note: When a computer has updates run on it, you must reinstall the signature pad software.

Using the Signature Pad

• You have purchased the Signature Pad, now what do you do?

1. Install the Signature Pad2. Do a test signature3. Call TBI to say you are ready to “Go Live”

• Now you may start using the Signature Pad

Once you have completed the install correctly, this icon will appear on your desktop. Click the icon to

test the signature pad.

If the test icon link does not work, open your SOR database login link and click the “Test the Electronic Signature Pad Here” link.
