Soothing Skin Oil Radiant, Beautiful Skin
Ingredients − 6 tablespoons carrier oil (such as sweet
almond oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, pumpkin seed oil, rosehip seed oil, kukui nut oil, etc.) *I find that a mixture of kukui, avocado, and almond is my favorite.
− 4 drops patchouli − 10 drops frankincense − 10 drops geranium − 1 drop clary sage − 11 drops lavender − 3 drops mandarin − 1 drop ylang ylang − 9 drops bergamot
Instructions1. Add the carrier oil to a glass bottle (a bottle
with a dropper make it easier to handle).
2. Add in the essential oils. Please note, the grade of essential oil you use will greatly affect the effectiveness of the treatment. Use the very best oils you can get your hands on.
3. Put the lid on and gently shake the bottle to combine. Use as much oil as necessary on your skin twice daily.
BAM. Take that, skin.

Ingredients − 1/2 cup shea butter − 20 drops geranium essential oil − 30 drops cedarwood essential oil − 20 drops lavender essential oil

small jar like so…

Homemade Beard OilNo need to buy when its so easy to make!
Ingredients − 4 tablespoons carrier oil, such as fractionated
coconut oil, olive oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil
− 3 drops Wild Orange essential oil − 2 drops Melaluca essential oil − 2 drops Sandalwood essential oil − 1 drop Cassia essential oil
Instructions1. The ingredients simply need to be combined
in a small glass bottle. The ones with the droppers are my favorite because it makes it so easy… and much cleaner to use.

The Best Organic ChapstickThe homemade way to pretty lips
Ingredients − 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil − 2 tablespoons organic shea butter − 2 tablespoons beeswax − 3-5 drops of essential oils, your choice − A dozen chapstick containers, or a container
of some variety
Instructions1. Melt the beeswax, then add the shea butter
and coconut oil until melted.
2. Once melted, use a medicine dropper (I used a turkey baster!) to put the melted oil into the containers.
3. The mixture will solidify as it cools. We topped these off after they started to cool, as the liquid shrinks down a wee bit.
It’s a real moisturizer – nothing fancy. Plus, get this – it cost roughly $2.50 for 12 tubes of chapstick… and there ain’t an artificial ingredient to be found.

Sugar and Salt Body ScrubMake your skin glow
Ingredients − 1/4 cup sugar (this is one of my only recipes I
use white sugar for!) − 1/4 cup sea salt − 1/4 cup coconut oil − 20 drops lavender oil and 20 drops peppermint
oil (or essential oil of your choice!)
Instructions1. Combine the sugar, salt, and coconut oil in
a bowl.
2. Use a fork to smoosh it all together.
3. Add in your essential oils… and smoosh a little bit more.

Face CreamSkin is as soft and supple as a baby’s bottom.
Ingredients − 1 tablespoon coconut oil − 3 tablespoons shea butter − 2-3 drops tea tree oil
Instructions1. Simply mix the coconut oil with the shea
butter and the tea tree oil.
2. Squish with the back of a spoon to get a nice, frosting-like consistency

Baby OilSuper easy alternative to store-bought baby oil
Ingredients − 1/4 cup almond oil − 10-15 drops of lavender oil
Instructions1. Simply mix the almond oil and lavender oil

Breastfeeding Nipple Cream It ain’t all fun and games, post-baby.
Ingredients − 4 tablespoons cocoa butter − 2 tablespoons olive oil − 2 table spoons sweet almond oil − 1 tablespoon coconut oil − 2 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions1. Melt the cocoa butter in a small saucepan
over low heat. Add in the olive oil, sweet almond oil, and coconut oil. Remove from heat once it’s all melted and stir to combine.
2. Gently stir in the lavender oil.
3. Pour into a container and store at room temperature. I use these small little tins which are easy to transport to-and-from the hospital, bathroom, or even carry in your purse! Small mason jars like these or glass jars like these (or recycled baby food jars!) would also work wonderfully.

Glass CleanerGet rid of those fingerprints
Ingredients − 2 cups distilled water − ½ cup vinegar − ½ cup rubbing alcohol (or vodka) − 15 drops wild orange essential oil
Instructions1. Combine all the ingredients in a squirt bottle.
2. Shake to combine.
3. Spray over mirrors and windows and wipe clean.

Gunk RemoverLemon oil has incredible gunk removing abilities!
Ingredients − lemon essential oil
Instructions1. For residues such as stickers, simply add a bit
of lemon oil to them, let sit for a minute, and scrub it off.

Toilet & Sink ScrubA helpful household cleaner
Ingredients − 1 cup washing soda − 2 cups baking soda − 10 drops melaleuca (tea tree) oil − 10 drops lemon oil − White vinegar, for rinsing
Instructions1. Mix the washing soda, baking soda, and oils
together in a container.
2. Add a small amount to the sink or toilet and scrub.
3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it down with vinegar.

Floor CleanerGreat for when its time to bust out the mop!
Ingredients − 1 gallon hot water − 2 tablespoons natural dish soap − 1 cup white vinegar − 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil − 10 drops lemon essential oil
Instructions1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large
bucket and use for mopping or scrubbing as needed.

Carpet FreshenerBring your carpet back to life
Ingredients − 3 cups baking soda − 30 drops lemon, wild orange, or peppermint oil
Instructions1. Combine the ingredients in a container and
let them sit together overnight (or make ahead and just keep a stash on hand!). The next day, shake the mixture over your carpet, and let it sit again overnight.
2. Vacuum up the following day.

All-Purpose CleanerA cleaner for everything else!
Ingredients − 2 cups water − 2 cups white vinegar − 1 teaspoon natural dish soap − 5 drops rosemary oil − 5 drops lavender oil − 5 drops lemon oil
Instructions1. Combine all of the ingredients in a squirt
bottle.
2. Top it off with water and use it on all your surfaces for general cleaning.
