The exporter can select route one if a substantiateddeclaration can be submitted to the SONCO

If a suitable test report cannot be supplied to the

successful completion of the below elements:

Documentation review

Consignment intervention if applicable

The SC is needed by the importer for customs

clearance

of the final invoice, valid PC and the Request For

SONCAP Certification (RFSC) form

The product certificate fee is based on a pro-ratastructure dependant upon product validity.

This is set at USD 20 permonth subject to a

minimum ofUSD 240

Example

Product certificate issued for Automotive Glass, brandAnfield, 1 model. product validity =12 months

Fee= $20 x 12=USD 240
