Prepare the UAT environment at test center or locally as agreed with customer

Coordinate the scheduling if UAT testing with customer Application Owner(s)

Notify and update relevant systems with UAT status (Failure/Pass)

If passed, notify the software distribution operator to distribute the packaging from SDT environment

to l ive environment for deployment to the end-users.

Carry out incident and root cause analysis for incidents arising out of integration and UAT testing.
