Improving BU Operations targets through managed processes of systematic follow –ups and escalations reports. Have knowledge of PWA. Ensure all the resources log time in PSA and PWA on a weekly basis and the same is approved by the respective managers to facilitate smooth customer invoicing. Also, have ensured 0% defaulters for PWA
