Executive Dashboard 7.0 – Filters
Once security is set, navigate to the
executive dashboard; or set your
preference to display the executive
dashboard as your default log in screen.
There is a new prompt called
selected filter which displays to the top
right. The default is “prompt for criteria”.
Choose search.
Once filters are saved, they can also
be edited by selecting the filter
and choosing the edit option to the right of the filter dropdown.
A user may only delete their own private filters.

• Filters can be organized by user defined reporting hierarchies.• Setup the filter to the
desired settings. Choose default filter to set your new search as the primary default. Save. • Name the Filter. Selecting
‘private’ will restrict the view to the current user.

Executive Dashboard 7.0 - Aging Criteria• Edit an existing filter or create a new
filter to apply aging parameters; expand the Aging criteria to elect transaction types and related settings. Remember to save your settings.
Transaction type selections greater than 4 may create difficulty in viewing the graph.

credits will display a net number. The graph may appear misleading if the transaction type nets to zero.• Option to group by
transaction type• Addition of various aging
