Accommodate new ways of working by utilizing your existing products and blending new solutions into workspaces.

Create space division by adding a screen to your workspace. Select the screen style that best fits your situation: set on surface, edge mount, clamp mount, full metal edge mount, or freestanding.

• Select style and height of screen based on floorplate layout and occupancy density. Taller screens are appropriate when employees must be situated face-to-face or are near high traffic areas.

• Create additional shielding by adding set on surface screens to stations that already have existing edge mount screens.

• Screens are available in a variety of materials. Be sure to specify bleach cleanable fabrics or hard surfaces such as acrylic.

CRAFTING THE NOW, NEAR, NEXT

CAN SET ON MODELS BE TALLER? We have added 24” and 30” high set-on surface models to the new statement of line.

CAN FLOOR STANDING MODELS BE ON QUICK DELIVERY?Not initially, however, we will continue to monitor order activity, as well as supply chain efforts on these models and could reevaluate at a later date.

ARE EPICENTER SCREENS STILL AVAILABLE?Yes, the Epicenter screens are still available, and nothing has changed with any of those models in the program.

DO WE HAVE IMAGES OF ANY OF THE NEW SCREENS?Images will available soon, as we do plan to enhance our typicals with these new options in place.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME OF THE SCREENS AND WILL THEY BE AVAILABLE ON THE QUICK DELIVERY PROGRAM?All QD models will be noted in the upper right hand of the price list pages. Standard lead time models will deliver in 2-3 weeks.

CAN TWO EDGE MOUNTED SCREENS BE PLACED NEXT TO EACH OTHER ON ALLOY, ONE FOR THE LEFT USER AND ONE FOR THE RIGHT USER, THAT MOVE INDEPENDENTLY? As long as there is enough of a gap in the actual product application, yes, this would be possible. Be sure to evaluate the specific application need with your National Representative to determine if applicable.

WHEN WILL THE SCREENS BE AVAILABLE? All new screens can be ordered Friday, May 15th.

IS THE FLUTED SCREEN SIMILAR TO THE DISCONTINUED CHAMELEON PANELS? IS IT FRAMED ON ALL SIDES? The polycarbonate is available as extruded, reeded, or fluted. They have a similar look but with different names

CAN THE SCREENS EXTEND BEYOND THE WORKSURFACE EDGE TO PROVIDE PRIVACY BETWEEN ADJACENT USERS? We do not suggest this; however, you could utilize a floor screen against the worksurface edge to create separation between users beyond the worksurface depth.

WILL OTHER OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH PIZAZZ IF A CUSTOMER REQUESTS IT? Potentially, please check with the Pizazz team on an as needed basis to determine availability.

ARE THE NEW SCREEN BRACKETS THE SAME AS EXISTING BRACKETS? IF SO, CAN EXISTING INSTALLS BE EASILY RETROFITTED? For the set on surface and edge mount privacy screens, they are the same bracket. The clamp mount and full metal edge mount versions are both new.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POLYCARBONATE AND RESIN? Our fluted, semi-opaque polycarbonate material. is a less expensive material, providing a cost-effective solution to the field.

WILL THE SCREENS BE ON GSA?We are still working on the date for GSA and will communicate that date when we know it.

IS THERE A LIMIT OR MAXIMUM PER ORDER TO RECEIVE QUICK DELIVERY OR STANDARD LEAD TIMES? There are no maximum or minimum quantity restrictions to meet standard lead times. Our standard maximum quantity restrictions apply to the QD solutions.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM WORKSURFACE THICKNESSES THAT THE CLAMP MOUNT WILL FIT? ¾” is thinnest and 1 3/16” is thickest worksurfaces.

IS THE GLASS MOUNTED SCREEN STIFF ENOUGH THAT USERS CAN WRITE ON IT? Yes. The glass mount is rigid enough to support this action.

WILL FROSTED GLASS OPTIONS BE ADDED IN THE FUTURE?Frosted glass isn’t currently an option, however, we will monitor those requests. These could be supported through the Pizazz program for now.

DO WE OFFER POLYCARBONATE FOR THE FULL EDGE MOUNT SCREEN?No. This is not an option.

WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF THE FLOOR SCREEN? For the 48” X 60” screen, the glass version weighs 76 lbs. and the polycarbonate version weighs 47 lbs.

IS THE BRACKET NON-DEFACING? None of the brackets will deface the worksurface top or edge. However, some will require a fastened method to the underneath side with screws.

IS THE GLASS TEMPERED?Yes..

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON STATIC FLOOR SCREENS?The standard lead time is 2-3 weeks.

ARE FLOOR SCREENS STIFF ENOUGH TO WRITE ON?Yes. Floor screens are rigid enough to write on.

IS THE GLASS SCREEN PRICED LOWER THAN THE RESIN/POLYCARBONATE SCREEN?Yes. Generally speaking, the glass is less expensive that our frosted or clear resin materials.

WILL THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEW FRINGE PANELS BE ONLINE?Assembly instructions will be included with all divider and back privacy panels. These Ais will also be available online.

CAN THE UPHOLSTERED DIVIDER PANELS RETROFIT BOTH N93 AND N92 MODELS?The upholstered divider panels are specific to the N93 Fringe series because of differences in the construction between series. The laminate and veneer divider panels can accommodate the N92 series to support the same solution.

DO WE HAVE BACK VIEWS SHOWING HOW THE BACK PANELS ARE APPLIED?Detailed images, including back views and attachment hardware images, will be uploaded within the Fringe Image Gallery.

CAN THE LAMINATE AND VENEER PANELS BE REMOVED TO BE CLEANED/SANITIZED?Repetitive removal of laminate and veneer panels is not suggested. The panels are able to be cleaned/sanitized while attached to the lounge units.

WHEN WILL THE DIVIDER AND BACK PANELS BE IN ETOOLS?All divider and back privacy panels will be included in the June eTools release.

CAN CLEANING INFORMATION BE SEARCHABLE ON THE WEBSITE TO EASILY FIND FABRICS WITH THESE CHARACTERISTICS?In order to supply the cleaning information in a timelier manner, we are providing the information in an excel file, which is searchable. We will keep the development of a different search in mind for future possibility.

HAVE WE LOOKED AT HOT STEAM CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FABRICS THAT DON'T HAVE ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES? We have not. This needs further investigation to determine if steaming is possible and if the results are effective. We will be posting a statement about antimicrobials in the near future – what they actually do and do you really need/want them.
