and Chinese technology suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery times and that each one of

Additionally, through its Financial Services Division, RAIDEN ENERGY CORP. provides

nancing alternatives to support the resources needs to carry di erent Generation

Projects and Energy Transmission.

RAIDEN ENERGY CORP. uses an online Management System (PMS) designed to have a com-plete control in communication and monitoring, which allows all parties involved to have full clarity and visibility of the tasks and activities that must be executed by the actors involved, ensuring that are being executed on time and e ciently.

Our PMS, allows us to plan each project individually and according to the client needs; It also allows us to assign responsibilities with full lment dates for speci c members of any of the parties involved.

The non-compliance of activities by any of the parties alerts those in charge to take immediate corrective actions.

1 GENERATION

REC Corp., provides solutions for Hydro, Solar, Wind and Biomass Energy Projects, that goes from Equipment Procurement to a complete EPC.

BUSINESS MODEL I

EPC - Engineering, Procurement, ConstructionStage 1: NEGOTIATION OF CONTRACTS

This stage consists of activities that begin with the Management of Communication between the interested parties and ends with the Signature of the Contracts between Partners.

ACTIVITIES- Complete Review of the Project to which we have access;- Analysis of its Technical, Strategic and Commercial areas;- Search for Partners who may be interested and can add more value to the Project;- Signature of the Contracts between Partners;- Others.

Stage 2: EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT

This stage consists of a set of activities that aim to stablish an e cient control of the Project, that each of the parties do what they have to do, and do them well. and on the committed dates.

ACTIVITIES:- Elaborate a Gantt chart;- De nition of dates, Activities and Responsible;- Analysis of dates and the potential for compliance on time;- Analysis of the manufacturing times of each team (production, shipments, delivery) until the

nal delivery of the project;- Others.

4 ENERGY EFFICIENCY

RAIDEN ENERGY o ers the Latam market preliminary studies in the eld and analysis of results until the complete installation of equipment that allows an e cient use of energy in Public and Private Lighting.

Solar Road Lighting is a lighting resource with electrical sources that are powered by pho-tovoltaic panels generally installed in the same lighting structure. The photovoltaic panels charge a rechargeable battery which provides power to the LED lamps during the dark hours without radiation.

RAIDEN ENERGY, through RAIDEN FINANCIAL SERVICES CORP (RFSC), recognizes the need to o er nancial solutions as part of the general services of REC for the execution of speci c projects. Strong relations with Chinese banks, suppliers and investors make it pos-sible for RFSC to develop attractive nancial packages that are increasingly di cult to obtain in today's fragile international nancial environment.

REC, o ers to our clients a solution to facilitate or manage the negotiation process for the acquisition of long-term nancing for Non-Conventional Renewable Energies (NCRE) of up to 75% in Generation Projects through the most important Chinese Financial Institutions.
