In order to survive in this new context, we have decided to invest in a horizontal growth in the following fields: local area network and UPS.In the local area network market, we have reached an agreement with Leviton to distribute their products in Qatar market to acquire a bigger market share dominated by Panduit.In the UPS and batteries market, we have reached an agreement with G-Tec Italy to sell their products exclusively in Qatar market. We will be promoting this product also in other gulf countries.Our territory has also been expanded to cover new locations around the Gulf region in order for us to be as close as possible to our customers:UAE - 6 Locations: Abu Dhabi (2-Locations), Al Ain, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, and Al GarhoudQatar - 1 Location Kuwait - 1 Location and Oman - 1 LocationTo achieve the highest level of customer's satisfaction we decided to separate the installation team from the sales team. Professional System Integrator (PSI) had been inaugurated at the beginning of 2012 to provide services in the installation sector and target new market segments. Consequently, the sales forces are now able to focus only on sales so that they can achieve their smart goals more efficiently.We have also established two training centres one in Doha (Qatar) and second in Dubai (JLT) - U.A.E for engineers and technicians. This centre is providing latest updates on EIB/KNX technology.All branches, as well as departments (sales, logistics & accounts) are interconnected via VPN and leased lines so that information is available on the spot to answer the quickest possible way our customer's requirements.
