Braselton Distribution Center welcomed its first of 12 build-ings in September 2005. The 32-foot, clear-height, cross-dock facility leased to Home Depot comprises 544,838 square feet, and can be expanded up to 960,000 square feet.
Most recently, the distribution center is featuring two additional opportunities, which are “pad ready”. These sites include a 10.5-acre tract (Lot 3) for the construction of a 72,000-square-foot building and a 14.5-acre site (Lot 4) with the potential for a 160,000-square-foot building.
