Remark : 1. Every design data will be consolidated and managed by Engineering dept.2. System efficiency will be guaranteed by EP and product quality by Posco Plantec.

Ref : Highgain Antenna is the manufacturer of antenna and tracking system with the sales volume of about KRW45bil for antenna and tracking system. Its security level is managed by Defense Security Command. (Refer to attached catalog.)

10. Installation Method – Global biz 3

10.1 To minimize to transfer our manpower, subcontracting the whole work

to the local company is principal. (1 or 2 may be transferred according to

project size.)

10.2 In Singapre and South Africa, 2 or 3 dispatched engineers under the

command of an expert

will install equipment. Through this experience, they could accumulate

expertise and carry out the installation work in the future.

10.3 Transferee’s Work

- Site survey and office set up before 3 months prior to delivery in order

to subcontract to local company

- Selection after bidding among the experienced companies (Thorough

review of performance capability and financial status)

- Making the installation procedure with EP’s design department

- Thorough review of any expected problems and installation process.

Upgrading installation procedure with it.

- Feed back problems incurred during installation to design department

and have it reflected in the next project.

11. Expected Risks

11.1 In case every part is normal but the efficiency would be lower than contract

The cooperation with EP for EP’s design change is required in the future and through this we have to carry out the work to have efficiency output activated. (The local installation cost overrun may be happen. – EP’s claim)

11.2 The contract price for each part is not fixed. The negotiation for the prices is required later.

12. Pre-commissioning and Maintenance

12.1 During pre-commissioning, operation and maintenance manual will be completed with problem finding.

12.2 Maintenance work will be decided with EP about the cost after the completion of pre-commissioning.
