SOLARPOWERINTERNATIONAL2018 POST SHOW REPORT
SPI by the Numbers:
It’s not just a solar show anymore. 2018 marked another innovative year for Solar Power International, which drew 19,000 attendees and 700 exhibitors to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on September 24-27, 2018. As the anchor of North America Smart Energy Week, the event has diversified to include Energy Storage International (ESI)—the largest storage event in North America, the Smart Energy Microgrid Marketplace, Hydrogen + Fuel Cells NORTH AMERICA, and The Technical Symposium. Leading education with exceptional speakers, combined with a diversifying exhibit hall that represents a comprehensive view of smart energy solutions, shows that SPI continues to build and expand upon its role as a leader in the solar and energy storage industries. SPI was named one of Trade Show Executive’s 100 largest trade shows for the ninth year, making it the largest energy event in North America and the only solar and energy storage event to receive such a distinction.
