Brief description: AMINOA: Determines sum of five or six long chain neutral amino aclds for ratio of each neutral amino acid to the others, i .e . , trp/tyr+leu+leu+phe+val+met. Also determines mean and SEM for each group of subjects. Amino acid values are pTasma values obtained from an amino acid analyzer.

PROCHO: For determination of dry diet when ther is a two-choice diet pair. Total grams of Diet A, Diet B, total grams consumed, grams of protein, carbohydrate, fat, % protein, % carbohydrate, % fat, calories, and protein/carbohydrate ratio are calculated. Data input includes decimal values for % pro, carbohydrate and fat in each diet and moisture percent of each diet followed by wet (or raw) weight in grams of Diet A and Diet B.

QUENCHL: Converts CPM to DPM for H3, C]4 , or H3+CI4 (double-labeled samples). Can edit for background changes. Equations in program are derived from quench curves which can also be edited in program.

STD: Determines standard curve for neurochemistry data and gives correlation coefficient. Also determines x values from known y values based on standard curve.
