Introduction

E-Note Software is specifically designed for interactive teaching and presentations

with Simple function, easy to use and no special training will be able to use normal.

It also suitable for each kind of interactive products ,such as: portable interactive

whiteboard, interactive projector and interactive projector (All-in-one)，etc.

Now, a comprehensive upgrade of the latest version of the E-Note 3.1.1 software

will provide you with more abundant resources and capabilities, and adds

multi-writing (up 64 points while writing), automatic calibration, and other

functions. It has realized free-writing, painting graffiti, office comments, video play

back and others powerful multimedia dynamic effects. With it, you can easily create

a lively and exciting classroom programs to better attract and guide your students,

a comprehensive multimedia interactive teaching, to make presentations more

interesting and interactive.

Software feature introduction

To use the software demonstration, please refer to the following.

1. How to use E-Note

Need to know first:

· Desktop mode: You can operate the computer and any computer program with

your finger or any non-transparent object in the screen, enabling move the mouse

cursor, left-click, double left click and right-click functionality.

· Whiteboard mode: You can complete writing, edit text, insert graphics and zoom

in/out image and other operations on the writing program page.

Double-click "writing program" on the desktop, and then there will be an

icon in the taskbar, and into the handwriting state, as shown below:

Writing program interface included three parts: pagination, whiteboard

background page, the main tool bar.

Pagination: display the current page number.

Whiteboard background page: able to write and other operation on the page.

Details of each function

Desktop mode: operate computer; Whiteboard mode: able to

operate writing program, as following shown:

Hard pen: Simulate real handwriting pen

Highlighter pen: Simulate real handwriting brush

Fluorescent pen: Simulate real handwriting fluorescent pen

As the following picture shown, (the first to pen handwriting, the second one to

brush handwriting, the third to fluorescent pen handwriting ):

Eraser: click the icon, there will be three option like, object eraser, small eraser,

and clear page.

As shown:

Object eraser: to circle a whole object, will clear the circle part, as picture 1 shown.

Small eraser: Simulation eraser wipes function as picture 2 shown.

Clear page: clear the contents of the current page as picture 3 shown.

Selector: select a picture, and its zoom.

The mouse pointer over the image edge or corner, the picture can be zoom out or

zoom in.

Single Writing: just one user can operate in this state, Multi-writing: up

Pervious page: Return to previous page

Next page: return to next page

New page: create a new page

Delete page: delete the current page, click "Yes" in the dialog box.

Index page: Display thumbnails of all pages, you can quickly call any of the

pages.

Line width: Can change the thickness of the handwriting line

Insert photo: Import the computer image resources into the current page. In

the pop up dialog box, select the insert picture, click "open". As picture shown

below:

Spotlight: Prominent a part of contents in the current page

Put the mouse pointer on the transparent area, you can drag the entire display area,

as picture1 and 2 shown below:

Put the mouse pointer on the translucent inner area can zoom the display area, as

When the mouse pointer stays within the projection area about three seconds, it

will be popping up a second menu to choose from.

Optional: there are Ellipse, Rectangle, Triangle, Trapezoid spotlights for choose, also

can choose "Exit" to exit the function. As picture 1,2,3,4 shown；

Capture: Intercept the contents of the current desktop, Click the icon, the

interface will automatically return to the desktop, frame the content you need, they

automatically return to the current page, drag the mouse pointer, you can display

the contents of the interception. As picture 1and 2 shown：

Recorder : record the whole process of operation or lecture. Click the icon,

the window will pop up, click to start record ,and the

window will become to , record will finish when you click this icon ,and

below dialog box in picture 3 will appear, you can type the name and choose the

position you want to save, this window will appear again,

then you can click the icon to open the video you recorded. As picture 1 ,2,

3,4 shown below:

Open video: Open a video on current page. In the pop up dialog box, click the

video need open, then click "open", as picture 1 and 2 shown:

Office Insert: Marking on office file. Open a office file on your computer, then

click the pen icon to into writing state, now, you can writing on the file, then click

office insert icon, the mark you made will appear on the office file, then you can

save this file. As picture 1,2,3 shown:

New files: clear all the pages and built a new one. In the pop up dialog box,

you can select "Yes" or "No" to save the current file. As picture shown:

Open file: Open the .pit format of file on the page. In the pop up dialog box,

click the file need open, then click "open", as picture 1 and 2 shown:

Save file: save the page as PIT, JPG three formats of document.

Save: save the current page as .pit format of file (The format is proprietary E-Note),

select the directory of saving the file in the box, input the name of the file needs to

be saved, click on "Save".

Export JPG: save the contents of the current page as .JPG format of file, select the

directory to export the file in the pop up dialog box, input the file name which

needs to be saved, click "Save." as picture shown below:
