SOFTBALL VICTORIA

On behalf of Softball Victoria I extend a warm welcome to all players, team management,

coaches volunteers and spectators to the 2015 Softball Victoria Under 15 State Championships.

For those who are here for the first time, remember that you are vying to become the best

Softball team, in your age group, in the state of Victoria. Good luck to all in striving to achieve

this.

An important aspect of these Championships is getting to know players from other Associations

who may end up lifelong friends. Regardless of this, congratulations on being selected to

represent your Association.

No athletes make it to this level without assistance: to the parents and friends who have

supported the athletes and helped the teams prepare for these championships, thank you. Our

sport relies on your continued support and encouragement.

I would like to thank the committee of Northern Softball and their volunteers for their work to

host the championship to ensure the best possible facilities are provided for the players.

I trust your involvement in the event will be memorable and a great deal of fun, and wish all

the participants the best of luck and success.

On behalf of the members of the Northern District Softball Association, I would like to welcome

you to the Under 15 State Championships.

We wish all the players and officials all the best for the competition. We hope that you see the

benefits from all the preparation and training that you have done for this weekend. We look

forward to watching some great softball and especially that being played in the true spirit of our

game.

I would like to thank the members of the committee and all the other volunteers that have put in

a significant amount of time and effort to prepare for the championships and to keep everything

running smoothly over the weekend. Thanks also to Whittlesea Council for their support in

maintaining the grounds and facilities.
