Minimum to have:

• Display at least 3 wines at lunch & cocktail time (creating as much a possible a special feature)

• Create entertainment around wine tasting at cocktail time (in house and/or with local partner)

• Create a partnership with one or several local wineclubs orassociations (hosting at least 1 tasting/month)

Access to the top floor lounge is available exclusively to guests staying in Club Sofitel rooms. The Sofitel executive floor is always located on the noble floors of the building (best views, top floors, ...)

Breakfast: A la Minute hot dishes & Cold buffet from 06:00am to 10:30am:

Minimum requirements are:• Assortment of cold cuts, assortment of cheese, ideally from France (brie, Emmental, goat cheese…) and different local cheese / French Isigny butter/ low fat butter • 3 kinds of yogurt (plain, light, fruit) / 3 kinds of milk (normal, skimmed, soja) • Different kinds of cereals / Muesli• 5 kinds of fresh cut fruits (according to season) Dry and energetic fruits will complete the breakfast offer .• Salad bar / 2 local food items (minimum)• 2 kinds of pastries (minimum) / Assortment of French (minimum 8) and local (mini 5) pastry and cake, and assortment of bread (white or brown) with Toaster• Meat, salad, salmon, condiments, honey & jam counter• Beverage : Freshly squeezed fruit juices - Fair trade coffees and chocolate on demand / Coffee served by pot (Regular Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso) / Hot chocolate / Mineral water and soft drink are also available / Qualitative tea, Chinese and Japanese green tea, Earl Grey.

Butler service

Prior to and during guest stay, butler service is handling any demand and requirement from pre-arrival services to dining, entertainment and travel arrangements.

Butler personalized service 24 hours per day

Responsible for assisting Sofitel Club Guest + VIP and the guests booking suites. from their arrival until departure. To be fully aware of VIP guest’s detail and movement.

To have a perfect knowledge of guest’s history and preference. To ensure that all preferences are well responded every visit.

Expected to act as hotel representatives to offer personalize services, to keep standard of politeness and appearance, attitude, smile and guest relationships with highest standard of politeness and discreet manner.

Must have perfect knowledge of hotel’s service & facilities, especially the product, procedure and standards. Butler also must have good guest relation skills with effective communication.

Day before departure:• The latest update (5 pm) of the guest’s bill will be delivered to the room (placed on the bedside table together with a personalized letter) • Express C/O form.

Other options of similar quality can be considered (take away items)• Place slippers by the bed on a floor mat• Nothing placed on the bed (except So Boutique brochure at certain times)• Put away customer clothes
