system is jam packed with so many awesome features, and we’ve made it extremely simple to

setup and operate.

Now that you are part of SociSynd, the system will let you share content on other user’s social

media sites. It also creates 2nd tier links, promotes social Rss feed entries, and plays an active

role on the social sites to add friends by following users, liking posts, adding posts to your

favorites etc which is something no other service offers. It’s what makes SociSynd so unique

and stand above all the rest.

Getting Started

First login to the member’s area at:

You enter the email and license ID you received after purchase. If you did not get your license

for some reason, please send a copy of your receipt to support@socisynd.com

Quick Steps to Get Your Account Setup

Here are the steps to setup your accounts. you can do it in any order you prefer. Every step is

explained in detail further down in the manual as well as in the tutorial videos located at:

1) Go to the Add Accounts tab – Add Your Social accounts or setup new ones for each

type of social media account.(It's important you add all connections)

2) Go to the My Campaigns tab – click on the type campaign you want to setup by clicking

on the 3 button options (Create Campaign | Create Vote Campaign | Create Feed

Campaign)

3) Go to Mange Post for your created campaign – click on either the Create Post |

Create Article button to setup your content to share.

4) Go to the Settings tab – Add your captcha solving details and spinner details (Spinner

details are optional but Captcha details are very important).

5) Go to the Download Submitter tab – download the software and set it up on your PC to

have the system run on autopilot.

Account Types - Lite vs Pro Version Options

There are currently two types of accounts with SociSynd that have different features. Your

account type will show in the member’s area in the top right menu.

As a Lite member, you do have the option to upgrade at any time if you want the Pro features. If

you do want to upgrade your account then please be sure to click the upgrade Now button from

within the members area once you are logged in. You should not cancel and then buy

Professional but instead upgrade.

In this manual, we will label which features are for Pro only, so you will know if this is a feature

available to you or not based on your account level.

Add Accounts

Link SociSynd to social media accounts that you create or have created. To create an account,

you just click on the “Setup Account” link below the social media site.

Once you have setup an account, you click on the account logo and enter the login details.

The screen shot below is an example of the pop-up window for adding a Linkedin account. This

is the same login details you use to login from the Linkedin site manually.

By adding every connection type you will be granted access to every account in the system that

belongs to other members, these accounts will then start to promote your content.

If you don't add a certain connection type yourself then accounts from that connection type will

not promote your content.

So for maximum exposure, you should ideally setup all the account types. NOTE: It can be

done over time, but the sooner the better.

The BlogName for Blogger will show each time you go to add a connection, this field is only to

be filled when adding the blogger connections. The blogname for blogger will be the blog title,

so the title you named the blog inside of blogger.

So if your blog is titled Sally’s Best Business Tips then you enter that in the field. This will

assure posts will be sent to that blog page within your Blogger account.

Creating Campaigns

Go to the My Campaigns tab, and you will see the following three button options.

When creating a Campaign we have some settings to fill:

Campaign Name: name the campaign - Good names will help you stay organized

Max Submissions (For Each Connections) - this is the maximum number of submissions

each post inside of the Campaign will receive from each connection type before being marked

as complete

Max Submissions Per Day (For Each Connections) - This is the maximum number of

submissions each post inside of the campaign will receive on a daily bases

Once done click on Add Campaign.

Adding Posts to a Campaign

After you add your campaign, you click on the Manage Post link. The example below already

has some posts and articles attached.

If you want to Delete a Campaign, you click on Remove. BE CAREFUL – because we cannot

get any data back after you remove a group.

Once inside of the Manage Post Tab, You will see the options below

Create Post (Pro accounts only)

When you create a post to share within SociSynd, you need to follow the posting rules and

make sure the title and body of the article are in spun text format (explained below).

When adding Twitter hashtags then be sure not add spaces, Tags etc are comma separated

Posting Content Rules

No Adult, Porn, Dating or Escort content.

No affiliate links or multi-level marketing schemes.

All posts must be spun content

These rules are in place to avoid user's social sites getting shut down. The above are typically not allowed on social media or is labeled as ad posting. We want all users accounts on the network to remain open, so we've established these rules after extensive testing.

One more key point about posting on the SociSynd system.

- Posts ideally should be in English

This is due to a couple of factors. Because most members on the system are English speakers and having social sites with postings in a number of different languages is a big red flag. Also we cannot monitor the content if posts are not in English. You can link to non-English content, but please write your article post to be sent through the SociSynd network in English.

Any campaigns found to not follow the rules will be removed from the system without notice, and continual abuse of the rules will lead to being banned from our system. So please just play it safe to get the most benefit out of the system.

Just add your url, keywords and tags and select a category from the drop down. Our system will then use quality super spun content when posting to the social sites.

Add Rss Feed URL

Just enter the rss feed url and click on the Get Entries button. It will pull down all the posts and allows you to pick and choose which ones to add to your account.

After you add the posts, you can find them under the campaign you added them to under the Manage Post section. You will need to edit each post to spin the article content.

Please note that all posts created from feeds will be paused automatically allowing you to spin and correctly format them before making them active.

Create Vote Campaign

There are 3 types of Campaigns that SociSynd Supports - The 2nd type is a Vote Campaign

Enter your desired Campaign Name (can be anything you like) and click on Add Campaign after

you set each Maximum. Max likes/reblog/retweet/repin/share can't be greater than 150.

It is important to set your desired Maximums for each type of social media account type

because once the system reaches the Max it will disable the daily postings at which point you

will need to add a new post to replace the completed one.

Here are the type of links you can add.

Add FB Share – Enter a url to get shared on Facebook.

Add WebHits (Pro Accounts) – This feature allows a user to get webhits to any url they enter. You can set the maximum number of hits and rates for each hit. The system will visit the url and wait on the page - it will then move to a inner page, referrals show up as social sites

Add G Search – Used for having users do a Google search for a specific keyword and then click on the url entered. The url does need to be ranking on the top 10 pages of your chosen Google engine, if a url is not on the top 10 pages for the keyword it is being searched for then the system will automatically disable it.

For example; the website is Socisynd.com and the keyword is Social media syndication

Just enter http://www.socisynd.com as the url and the keyword would be Social media syndication. You can have spinned keywords too but be sure all keywords are on top 10 pages.

Add Reblog –Url Should be a Tumblr Post url Eg : http://knifefarty.com/post/51125485544

Add Linkedin Share - Enter a url to get shared on Linkedin.

Create Feed Campaign (Pro accounts only)

After you have named the campaign enter the rss feed url and click on check feed. the system

should tell you how many entries are found in the feed. If it says 0 then the feed is not

recognized.

You can have the system promote the actual feed entry title and description however for this

you will need to ensure you have spinner details added to the settings area of SociSynd and

check the checkbox that reads Use title and description From Feed Entry?

Rss feed entry promotions allow you to control how many days to promote each feed entry for

before the system should start to look for new entries in the feed.

Settings

Enable Metric Collector

If this is enabled then each time the submitter connects it will check each post url and fetch its

social metrics data. The social metrics button can be seen in each post page under the label

metrics. As default this is disabled. If enabled then your submitter will make many more

requests.

Captcha Solving

Enter your captcha solving login details for either Death by Captcha or DeCaptcha. This allows

your SociSynd to login to social media accounts that have captcha. If you don’t use this option

then all social media accounts that have login pages with captcha solving will not work for you.

So it is highly recommended to use one of these services.

Content Spinners

It is a rule to have all posts in spun format. We explain in detail how to do this in another section

of this manual. If you want to have it done at the click of the button then you’ll need to enter your

login details for the The Best Spinner or Spin Rewriter. This is optional and up to you whether

you buy their service or not. We recommend it to save time and have high quality article spintax.

It also allows our Pro users to use their own Titles and description when promoting using rss

campaigns

Setting up Submitter

Click on Download Submitter and save the zip file to your computer. In this example we are

saving the zip file to the desktop.

If you see this in your browser, it is just a safety feature because our zip contains an executable

file. Just click on Keep to download the software.

Extracting the files to a Folder

Right click the zip file and click on extract, just be sure to extract the zip to a location you can

remember.

Running the Submitter

Double left click to open the folder and then double left click your mouse on the

SociSynd_Submitter.exe file.

This will open and run the software in your taskbar next to the clock on your PC.

Windows auto hides icons so to view the icon, you will need to click on the white up arrow. You

can access the submitter window by right clicking on the icon.

If you want, you can click on Customize to select to have the icon visible at all times. Select the

option to Show icon and notifications (example below).

Submitter Software Menu

IMPORTANT – The first thing you want to do is click on Change Login to enter your SociSynd

login details. This will connect the software on your PC to your SociSynd account.

Edit Proxy – You can add private proxies if you don’t want to use your personal computer IP for

posting to the social accounts in your SociSynd account. We don't recommend working with

proxies as with SociSynd you only need 1 of each account type which is perfectly fine. If

however you do need good quality proxies then we recommend sourcing them from here

Test Accounts – This will do a test login for each social media account attached to your

SociSynd account

View Report – This will show each post that has been sent to your social media sites from other

SociSynd members. You can select the social account type from the Connection drop down

menu. You do have the option of reporting a post if it violates the posting rules, but only use this

if you are absolutely sure because abuse will not be tolerated.

Show Campaign Summary – This shows the number of posts in the 24 hours for each

campaign.

Change Login – enter your SociSynd email and licence id login details

Exit – This will stop the software doing shares and posts in the SociSynd network. It will not

restart unless you restart your computer or manually run the software again.

Your submitter will automatically start when your computer starts and run whilst minimized. If

you find that the submitter does not auto start the please right click the SociSynd.exe and run it

as admin, this should then ensure your submitter always starts

Learn about Article Spinning

All article posts need to be formatted in spinned text format or also called spintax format.

The reason we require this is because your articles are being sent to a number of other SociSynd user's social media sites. If all the article text is the same, it's going to get flagged by the social sites for duplicate content and/or spamming. They will also be able to trace all the sites that are showing the exact same content. It also hurts the ratings in the search engines because of tons of duplicate content. So overall it's bad for you, the user's you are posting to and to value of the system of as a whole.

Therefore, we MUST have all article content in spun format. If you are new to what this is, it's not a problem. We will show you exactly how you can format your articles. But if you are doing it manually, please take your time to make sure it is of high quality. Please remember social sites are for rankings, and the more time spent on quality post - the better the results will be.

Formating Spinned Text

It is a way of coding a sentence to have multiple options for words. When it de-codes, it will then create a random sentence each time, so the text is not always the same.

The code to do this is as follows for intro word Hello

The spinned syntax could be like this: {hello|hi|howdy|G'day|what's up|how's it going}

To format the code you start with {word1|word2|word3|word4|word5}

Start with { put | between each word(s) and end with }

Our software will automatically de-code this for each post choosing randomly one of the optional words.

This needs to be done for the entire article. We do support the auto spinner service called The Best Spinner. If you have this system, you just enter your login details in the Settings section with SociSynd. Then you enter your article and click on the [Spin Text] button. It will then spin the text saving you a lot of time.

Viewing the Reports (Pro Accounts)

SociSynd will save the reports of your submissions which can be downloaded when inside of a

campaign for every post. Submission reports older then 15 days are automatically deleted.

Where possible SociSynd will pull back the exact url that holds your post.

Troubleshooting

SociSynd requires .net 4.0 full version which can be downloaded for free from the following url

Troubleshooting the submitter

If the submitter does not start when your computer starts up then this is usually due to admin permissions. To fix

this then make sure the SociSynd submitter is closed and then right click the exe file and run as administrator. The

next time your computer starts, it should auto start.

Anti-Virus & Firewall Issues

If you start your submitter but see it’s not making posts and communicating with the server then this could be

due to your antivirus and firewall blocking it. Just add an exception to your firewall and antivirus. If you see

prompts from your anti-virus software that certain IPs or urls have been blocked which SociSynd is running then

this could be due to the blog comments that SociSynd performs. Some types of anti-virus software are more

sensitive them some and will block urls and IPs that are suspicious.

SociSynd will check each url against the Google safe browsing list before it visits it, so if a certain urls are being

blocked on your computer by your anti-virus software then it’s a little sensitive to those urls. Either way, there is

nothing to worry about as you are fully protected.

Receiving Low submissions

If you are receiving low submissions then the usual reason for this is due to your campaign settings. You have

most likely reached the max submissions, so the system cannot send out your posts for submission. To solve this

issue, you will need to adjust the max submissions, or you can also create new posts.

Connections Failed to Login

If any connection fails to login more than 10 times then the system has been coded to automatically disable that

connection. The system does this so that you can manually check the connection by logging in via your browser. If

you are able to login then please make a manual post and see if you get any issues. If all is well then just send an

email to support and our developers will take a look.

If however you find that your account has been closed then you can do 2 things:

1. You can email the support of the social media site, and ask them why the account was closed. And if they

could be kind enough to restore the account.

2. You can also just create a new connection to add to the system.
