The Company is retaining Cons&ltant to perform ertain tas*s relating tothe deelopment, set &p, mar*eting and promotion of the Companys b&sinessthro&gh soial media The Cons&ltant shall perform ertain tas*s p&rs&ant tothis agreement as o&tlined in Addend&m "A# &nder the heading Social MediaManagement Services, as amended from time to time

Performance

Cons&ltant warrants that she 3 he will spend the time neessary toaomplish the gien tas*s Time of ompletion is reogni4ed by both parties asa ritial portion of this Agreement, and Cons&ltant agrees to omplete thegien tas*s in a timely manner

Compensation

5or all series to be rendered by Cons&ltant &nder this Agreement, theCompany agrees to pay Cons&ltant ompensation as set o&t in Addend&m "6#

Analysis

The Consultant shall provide the Company with a written audit and analysis of

the Companys current social media situation.

Recommendations

The Consultant will provide the Company with Recommendations including

updating existing social network profiles, adding additional profiles,

integrating all social media properties and creating a cohesive social media

strategy.

Set Up

The Consultant shall set up the following:

the Company appointed person designated to handle customer service

&ccept or decline Connection Re)uests

Promotion

The Cons&ltant shall promote the Company on soial networ*s by:
