Building brand is central to advertising because:

- It differentiates a product from other products in the market.

- The branded product (daal) does not confuse people with the other products (daal) in the open market

18. It is not true of shops with expensive products because people who do not have money cannot shop there

sometime poor people are not entertained at such shops.

19. In 1994 the government gave the rights for fishing in the Tawa reservoir to private contractors. The

villagers stood united and decided to set up an organization named Tawa Matsya Sangh to protect their

right of fish catch in Tawa reservoir. Ther were also fighting for the displaced communities of Satpura.

20 a) Nath Panthis, Siddhas and Yogis advocated renunciation of the world.

b) They beleive that the path to salvation lay in meditation on theformless ultimate reality and the

realisation of oneness with t.

c) To achieve salvation, they advocated intence training of the mind and body through practices like

Yogasana, breathing exercises and meditation.

d) They did not believe in rituals and conventional religion.
