They held a gold coin donation morning tea with cakes and pastries baked in the Crowne Plaza kitchen, as well as an auction with sweet treats made by the Crowne Plaza team. The highlight was a spectacular croquembouche crafted by Cameron McLeod, the hotel’s third year apprentice.
