More direct hiresIn 2010 85% of Capgemini Consultings new hires had a profile on LinkedIn.The main focus for recruitment in 2011 would be Digital Transformation consultants.The recruitment team all had LinkedIn profiles but lacked experience with Internet research and Social Media.There were consultants in the business making use of tools like LinkedIn, Twitter and blogging already.Capgemini has one of the largest Yammer networks in the world with over 30k members.Capgemini & Social MediaThere were already robust Social Media Guidelines available for employees:http://www.capgemini.com/terms/socialmedia/
