Social media can be an excellent way to show off properties, find new buyers, and stay in touch with existing clients. As part of our ongoing efforts to provide our team with all of the tools that they need to quickly and successfully close deals, NetWorth Realty has invested in creating a variety of new branding and social media assets for company-wide use. This guide outlines the best practices and requirements for making use of these assets to maximize their value.
You are not required to use social media to market your properties, but if you choose to do so, you must follow the practices outlined in this guide.

NETWORTH REALTY SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS OVERVIEW
GOOGLE BUSINESSIndividual NetWorth Realty offices each have
Google Business pages that allow buyers in their
cities to easily find them through Google search.
All of the posting to these pages will be done through
our marketing agency.
INSTAGRAMNetWorth Realty maintains a single branded
company Instagram page at www.instagram.com/
networthrealty. All of the postings to this page
will be done through our marketing agency.
For overall NetWorth Realty branding, social media management will be handled by our marketing agency. However, individual agents are encouraged to promote our official branded channels on their own individual channels.
FACEBOOKIndividual NetWorth Realty offices each have
Facebook business pages that are managed by our
media team, as well as the central NetWorth Realty
company page at www.facebook.com/networth.
realty. All of the posting to these pages will be done
through our marketing agency.
LINKEDINNetWorth Realty maintains a single branded
company page at https://www.linkedin.com/
company/networthrealty. All of the postings to this
page will be done through our marketing agency.
TWITTERNetWorth Realty maintains a single branded
company Twitter page at Twitter.com/NetWorthUSA.

YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES FACEBOOK
CREATING A PUBLIC FIGURE PAGEStep One: Log into Facebook using your personal account.
Step Two: Select “Page” in the “Create” section of the lefthand column.
Step Three: Select “Artist, Band or Public Figure.”
Step Four: Select “Public Figure” from the drop down menu and input your name
and title in the box. Then click “Get Started.”
In order to promote yourself as a NetWorth Realty specialist on social media, you must adhere to the following guidelines.
Do not use your personal Facebook profile to promote NetWorth Realty. Instead, you must create a “Public Figure” page.

Step Five: Upload the approved NetWorth Realty cover photo. This photo should have been provided to you along with this guide.
Step Six: Add your profile photo. This should be a professional headshot of you in appropriate business professional
attire. You’ll need to send your headshot to Yvette at [email protected] for approval before you
add the photo to your profile.
Step Seven: Click “+ Add A Button,” click “Get In Touch,” then select “Call Now” and add your office phone number.

Step Eight: Click “About” in the lefthand column.
Step Nine: Select “Create Page Username” and make your
username your name followed by “NetWorthRealty.”
Step Ten: Select “Edit Page Info” in the top right corner.
Step Eleven: Fill in the “General” fields as follows.
Name: Your name and credentials.
Categories: Delete “Public Figure” and type in and
select “Real Estate Agent.”
Description: Your Name is a NetWorth Realty
specialist. Your Name specializes in providing buyers
in Your City with off-market access to residential
properties with potential. As a licensed real estate
agent, Your Name can help you find, fund, fix and flip
or rent an undervalued property in Your City.
Impressum: Leave this field blank.
Step Twelve: Fill in the “Contact” fields as follows.
Phone: Check “Has a phone number” and input your office number into the field.
Website: Check “This page has a website” and input
www.networthrealtyusa.com into the field.
Email: Check “Has an email address” and input your Networth Realty Email into the field.

Step Thirteen: Fill in the “Location” field as follows.
Address: Check “Has a street address” and input
Your Networth Realty Office Address into the field.
Then check “Show map and check-ins on the Page.”
Step Fourteen: Fill in the “Hours” field as follows:
Hours: Check “Open on selected hours” then use the
selector to input your NetWorth Realty office’s hours.
Step Fifteen: Click “Save Changes.” Your public figure page should
now be accessible from your main Facebook feed in
the “Shortcuts” column on the lefthand side.

SHARE UPDATES & IMAGES RELEVANT TO YOUR CLIENTSIn addition to sharing images from the official NetWorth Realty pages, we encourage you to share your
own content. Examples include: photos of newly acquired properties, before, after and renovation photos,
NetWorth Realty yard signs, satisfied buyers (get their permission to share first).
Keep your posts concise and professional, always remembering that you are representing NetWorth Realty.
Once you have created your public figure Facebook profile, there are a variety of ways that you can use it to reach buyers.
ENCOURAGE CLIENTS TO FOLLOW YOUYour chosen “@Username” makes it easy for clients
to find you on Facebook. Include it in your email
signature.
LIKE AND FOLLOW NETWORTH REALTYLike our official page to see shareable content and
follow the latest NetWorth news.
SHARE POSTS FROM OFFICIAL NETWORTH REALTY PAGESContent is regularly posted to the official NetWorth
Realty pages. You can easily share any of these
posts by completing the following steps.
Step Two: Click the second box in the popup and select your
public figure page.
Step Three: Add a comment if you
have one, or simply
click “Post” to share it to
your followers.

to your profile. Make this the same as your Facebook
username, @FirstLastNetWorthRealty.

Name: Just your name. There’s a character limit so
you won’t be able to include your credentials after
your name here.
Bio: As a NetWorth Realty Specialist, I specialize in

Location: The city you work in.
Website: Post a link here to your new Facebook page.
Theme and birthday: Optional

Step Three: Follow Networth Realty’s Official Instagram, @networthrealty. Be sure to like and comment on posts.
