FREE Workshop & Mentoring Implement strategies using social media to:

• Listen to your customers • Connect to new clients • Market your product/services • Control reputational damage

Businesses and not-for-profit organisations are eligible for free Digital Enterprise workshops funded through the Australian Government. The University of Ballarat through the Centre for eCommerce and Communications is the lead agency. Hepburn Shire Council is a partner in the project.

Hepburn businesswoman and facilitator Noelene Gration will workshop social media for business use. Participants will learn the importance of developing a tailored strategy to market their business and manage client relationships utilising this social media platform. Up to 4 hours of FREE practical mentoring will be provided post-workshop.
