There is a need for social change. Students can learn a lot in the period of their studies. They can prepare plans for change. They can prepare their business plans. PGPSE Participants from AFTERSCHO☻OL are encouraged to participate in different business plan contests every year. In this process they
have participated in Confluence at IIM Ahmedabad, and business plan contests organised by Engineering College Bikaner. They also participated in many other business plan contests. These contests provided them an opportunity to learn and apply the business planning process. They are able to share their perspective with the rest of the world. Their ideas for social transformation gets a boost, when they get appreciations from others. In December 2008, the

PGPSE participants participated in Business plan contests organised by IIPM Ahmedabad. These business plans were on social entrepreneurship. The students were given lot of support and encouragement in these events. The students also participipated in many other events also. They also participated in fashion show organised on 20 December 2009. Their photographs are as under:
