DAY 1 Saturday, 04 April 2020Relax and enjoy our scheduled flight from Raleigh to Lisbon, Portugal* Please note that the final itinerary may be slightly different from this program. The finalitinerary will be determined based on the size of the group, any adjustments that are required(such as adding additional matches), and the final schedule of the matches. (If additionalmatches are required, then some sightseeing content will be replaced by the additionalmatches needed.)

DAY 2 Sunday, 05 April 2020Our 24-hour Tour Director will meet us at the airport and remain with us until our final airportdeparture.We will have use of a private coach and driver, while touring for the next seven days.Lisbon is a charming capital city with a rich cultural heritage. The city is a striking mix of oldand new, whose laid back pace welcomes visitors to this European capital.For the next seven evenings we will enjoy our Lisbon area hotel. While here breakfast anddinner (or lunch based on the final schedule) will be included at the hotel each day.This evening we will have dinner in the hotel restaurant.TRAINING SESSIONParticipate in a Training Session at a local field in the local area. The training session will beled by your own coaching staff and is designed to prepare the team for upcoming friendlymatches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday.)

DAY 3 Monday, 06 April 2020This morning we will enjoy breakfast at the hotel.WALKING TOUREnjoy a Walking Tour and explore the riverfront Praco do Comercio, Lisbon’s most famousand popular square. View the Equestrian Statue of Dom Jose and walk through the city’sAlfama area, the old-fashioned residential neighborhood that survived the earthquake of1755.CASTLE OF SAN JORGEExplore the Castle of Sao Jorge, the nucleus of the original city, inhabited by the Phoeniciansand subsequently by every other conquering culture.FRIENDLY MATCHPlay an International Friendly Match against a local club or academy team in the local area.The team will meet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and havethe opportunity to make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time ofbooking and will be based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We havecontacts at every level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match.)

DAY 4 Tuesday, 07 April 2020This morning we will enjoy breakfast at the hotel.Today we will transfer to the Iber Cup.The IberCup is currently one of the most important World Youth Football Tournaments in thePlanet. Since the first edition, more than 80 countries have already been represented in ourtournaments. Every year about 40 000 players participate in the various IberCup tournamentsfor a week of competition, fantastic experiences and extraordinary opportunities to competewith teams from all over the world. The proximity to the sea area allows everyone to enjoythe beautiful beaches all along the Cascais Coast. The amazing weather at this time of theyear makes the IberCup much more than a football tournament... through football creates thepossibility to meetings both outside and on the field with participants from all over the world,being currently one of the most international youth football tournaments throughout the World.IBER CUP OPENING CEREMONYThis evening we will have dinner in the hotel restaurant.

DAY 6 Thursday, 09 April 2020This morning we will enjoy breakfast at the hotel.Today we will transfer to the Iber Cup.IBER CUP MATCHES CONTINUEWALKING TOUR OF BELEMTake a Walking tour of Belem to explore Portugal’s former glory, expressed in the areasimposing and exuberant buildings. During our walk we will view the Praca do Imperio, theArcheological Museum, and the Palacio de Belem.MOSTEIRO DOS JERONIMOSTour the Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, a monastery ordered by Manuel the Fortunate tocommemorate Vasco da Gama's voyage to India. The monastery is one of Portugal’s finestexamples of Manueline architecture that combines flamboyant Gothic and Moorish influenceswith elements of the nascent Renaissance. The church features tombs of many of the greatfigures in Portuguese history, including Vasco da Gama.BELM DISTRICTExplore the Belem district and view the Monument to the Discoveries, built to commemoratethe 500th anniversary of Henry the Navigator’s death.This evening we will have dinner in the hotel restaurant.
