1. Combination Play Circuit with Pass in Behind and Finish with Speed Exercises

Description1. Player A dribbles through the poles.
2. Player A passes across to Player C. He then runs around the pole.
3. Player C moves off his cone and passes to B.
4. Player B moves off his cone and passes to D. He then jumps over 2 hurdles and runs around the mannequin and pole.
5. Player D passes back to A.
6. Player A passes in between the mannequins and in behind for the run of C. He then skips through the ground poles.
7. Player C controls and shoots (2 touches).
8. The players rotate positions: (A -> B -> C -> D -> A).

2. Combination Play Circuit with Diagonal Aerial Pass in Behind and Finish with Speed Exercises

Description y This is a variation of the previous practice,
with just a slight change.
y Player A now plays an aerial pass in behind for C to run onto, control and shoot (2 touches).
