In concerns of the Summer of Africa Cultural Explosion 2010, there are

Two Immediate Sections of the Programming:

 The National Event – including Internet Challenges…  The Local Events – 

The local event will show the various aspects of what Nationally will go down – Meaning: Every area has its own unique History, Current Existence, &

Cultural Framework.For Example: Louisville, Ky Derby, Indiana Black Expo, Cincinnati Black Family Reunion or 

Marcus Garvey Day, The Taste of Chicago, New Orleans Mardis Gras, or etc. 

THEME  Two-Three Day Event – Lifetime Impact 

 Appreciation of African Culture Past & Present, but in the context of BlackState of Emergency. 

3 Part AGENDA BREAKDOWN 

 Showcase: Performance or Presentation   Music, Dance, Fashion, Montu Arts, Food, Inventions & other New Black Products 

 Workshop: Public Participation   Martial Law Ready, Health, Self-Defense, Meditation &/Or Yoga, Cooking, Legal

Aid, History of Racism, Traditional African Culture

 Organizer Round Table: Black Power Private Council (Not Open To Public, Invitation Only) 

  Black City or Town Mandates  Treaties

  Monthly Quotas

  Oaths & Commissions

1.  Transportationa.  Contact transportation services for large group rates estimatesb.  Map out directions for event participants 

c.  Create a directory  d.   Appoint a dispatcher 

2.  Lodginga.  Contact local indoor/outdoor lodging areas for (0) cost accommodationsb.  Submit all lodging area addresses/locations to the Trans. Comm.c.  Develop and keep tract of a list of vacancies

d.  Report all updated info to the Trans. Comm.3.  Facilitation

a.  Contact potential (low-cost or free) event facilities and find out capacitiesb.  Create vending forms and programming agenda for speakers, MC’s, and security c.   Appoint a treasurerd.  Direct/design commercials and all other forms of media and advertisements in

partnership with PR4.  Public Relations 

a.  Find free printing and copying servicesb.  Connect with all free media outletsc.  Contact and advise all speakers, contest participants, vendors, and event

participants

d.   Appoint member to enforce deadlines for steps a-d for all committees to coordinateand facilitate all four remaining task reporting conference calls.
