Hospitals, Mosque, Group housing, Offices,
Hotels, Retail Malls, Transit Station, Assembly
building etc.
In this portfolio, I am trying to show the ver-
ity, scale & scope of my work In some of these
projects.

Part of team involved in expansion of stadium to increasing the capacity by 4500 additional seats along with a museum building, based on FIFA guidlines. • Part of interior team for material, fitting & fixtures selections.• Developed Signage and wayfinding design strategy with reference to the existing part of the stadium. • Worked on concept design presentation• Involve in coordination with interiors design consultants.

Part of team to develop a master plan for a mixed use campus in Lagos, Nigeria, The master plan for the 20 hectare site sets out to provide a development that incorporates ‘Shell Connect’ into the design enabling project for LEED Silver.• Coordinated with all stakeholders – the client (Shell), building teams, international consultants (landscaping, fire safety, & facade) and contractors to complete the fast-track project within the budgeted time (1 years & 6 months)• Involved in site security planning & material selection for office interiors.

Part of a team remodelling the existing military airport at Angola into a passenger airport (project cost: $100m, built-up area: 10,000 m2, serving 400 passengers at peak-hour)• Developed a space requirement programme based on IATA standards.• Collaborated with the client (Government of Angola), 8 engineering departments (Dar Cairo, Beirut and London) and external consultants to devise solutions acceptable to all stakeholders• Conceptualized a 3-phased development (as against the initial single-phased proposal) catering to the client’s budget constraints. • Developed a concept and message schedule for wayfinding and signage strategy.

Landscape Concept: Water Front Retail Promenade
Water Front Retail Promenade
This will be developed as a linear recreational park along the Retail area. It will act as active spaces serving the residents as well as public coming to the retail in different ways during all periods of the day. The design shall utilize the vantage points towards the canal.
The conditions for this category are as follows;
This area consists of seating, lawn area, hardscape, softscape, site furniture, shade structures & water features all combined to create a unified design.
Theme gardens like winter garden will be developed along the retail area and accessed by the promenade.
Hardscape pattern enhances the promenade & softscape as in trees, groundcovers and shrubs to be specified according to easiness of maintenance and to create visual attraction.
Seating areas at many places for enjoying the spaces and located to go along with the hardscape pattern. To be concentrated mainly under shaded zones.
Shade structures offer extra comfort and are consistent with usability of each space.
Linking paths are considered for all plot accesses and have minimum passage widths for different flows.
