We committed to this project over ten years ago and have now seen it through to fruition. its completion provides an appropriate opportunity to appoint new leadership. We are appreciative of the support of the Commodores, the Boards of governors, and the membership that we have served, as well as of the opportunity we were given to make a contribution to the “advancement of Boating,” the mission of the Club. We continue to be committed to providing support and assistance to the Marina Committee. in anticipation of a transition we have trained various captains in the essential operations of the Committee. in particular, we have worked closely with Captain glenn Perschino on the leadership essentials associated with the Marina Committee, including yard operations, winter and summer slip assignments, billing, rules, winter storage, and hauling and launching. We commend him to you as our choice for the chairmanship of the Marina Committee. respectfully submitted, hans van der giessen John restivo Chair: assistant Chair: marina Committee marina Committee
