Annual Benefit Open Enrollment What is Open Enrollment?
• Annual open enrollment is the one time a year employees can make changes to their benefit elections for the following
plan year which begins January 1, 2022
• What do I need to do?

Annual Benefit Open Enrollment Can I make changes to my plan decision throughout the year?
• Generally, you will not be able to enroll or make changes until the next open enrollment period. However, if you have a
qualifying life event throughout the year, you will be able to make a change.
What is a qualifying event?
You must submit this change in UltiPro within 30 days of the qualifying event date to make a change.

Holiday Plan Change

All the US changing to 8 paid holidays and 2 paid floating holidays allows you the flexibility to take holidays off that have special meaning to your religion, culture, heritage, family, or other personal events. Examples may include, but are not limited to, Juneteenth, Martin Luther King Day, an Anniversary, a Birthday, Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Ramadan, St. Patrick’s Day, and many more. You can choose to take the time off when you like with your manager’s approval.
Therefore, for 2022, if you are working for;• PDS, ERS, or AMS you will see not see any change in your holiday/floating holiday schedule. • MSE, TSG, MDT, SQA, or SMI your holiday schedule will change to 8 paid holidays and 2 paid floating holidays.
Floating holiday hours may not be carried over from year to year and will not be paid out upon resignation or termination. Team members will request floating holiday hours the same way PTO Vacation time is requested, and managers will approve prior to taking.
