The Business Strategic Realignment Road Map project was conducted over a 12 week period starting on August 10, 2010.

Results
The major priorities for Energy Data, HAN, and Event Notification as previously understood by AMIT continue to align directly with the needs of the Texas Market.
A higher prioritization was identified for Education of AMS and AMS solutions to the Texas Market.
A new priority was identified for Registration, Administration and Access of Energy Data, HAN Data, SMT, and Events.

RAAWG - Charter
The purpose of the subgroup is three-fold: education, promotion, and access / registration for AMS.
The AMIT Registration, Administration and Access Working Group shall work to increase awareness, understanding and usage of all AMS solutions. They will take the lead in developing a proposal for the registration and access strategy for current and future users of AMS solutions.

PSWG - Charter
The purpose of the subgroup is serve as the visionary driver for future initiatives for AMIT Market Services.
The AMIT Projects and Strategies Working Group shall conduct strategy projects, build consensus on future solutions, and deliver and deploy approved solutions. Additionally, this group will ensure that all solutions conform, as appropriate, to the latest industry standards.

OMWG - Charter The purpose of the subgroup is document and
communicate the current operational and support processes for AMIT solutions.
The AMIT Operations and Maintenance Working Group shall provide operational, maintenance, and support guidelines, policies, procedures, and documentation for all AMIT solutions. This group is responsible for developing recommendations, approaches, processes, and detailed business requirements to be passed on for implementation.

SWG - Charter
The purpose of the subgroup is to review and enhance the security of proposed AMIT solutions from all Working Groups and monitor security threats in the market with respect to AMS. This group will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance Working Group.
The AMIT Security Working Group shall consider all components from the customer meter to TDSP back office systems. This includes all components of the utilities’ AMS.

Usage Files for all of the RORs ESI IDs in the REP Directory daily (for the previous day).
15 Min Interval and Daily Meter Reads are available.
Files are available for 10 days.
API SMT allows ROR to originate
ad-hoc requests at any time (up to 50,000 ESI IDs per request).
ROR can request all three report types: 15 Min Interval (up to the last 48 months), Daily Meter Reads (up to the last 48 months) and Monthly Usage Report (up to the last 24 months).
Result files are posted in the ROR Directory in the FTPS site and are available for 10 days.
