• Smart Choice Outreach Center Inc. is a nonprofit mentoring and tutoring youth organization that was established in 2005.

• Our service are made available to all Harnett County Youth between the ages of 4-18 and their families.

• We are a Prevention Organization.

• Our Programs are committed to the youth that we serve.

• We are pleased to announce that we have a 95% graduation rate in which all our students are currently in college.

Smart Choice Outreach Inc.

• Statement of the Problem• Smart Choice focus is prevention structured to

address factors that attribute to youth undisciplined behaviors, lack of positive self-image, absence of positive role models. Youth strengths, needs/issues will be defined during prescreening contacts with parents/guardians and youth. Group sessions will help in identifying appropriate positive behaviors and build on youth strengths. Youths needing intensive counseling will be referred to a Mental Health Provider.
