Small Groups
Big Impact
Small Groups are a great place to
connect at Cornerstone and help you
grow in your relationship with Jesus.
Our Small Group ministry is designed
to help you develop significant
relationships with others who can
encourage and challenge you to
consistently apply the truths of God’s
Word to each area of your life.
Small Groups are not “another
thing” at Cornerstone; they are one of
the main channels for discipleship and
care for each person who is a part of
the Cornerstone family.

Most Small Groups meet every other week and are led by a trained Small Group leader. Group meetings are normally two hours and include time for Bible discussion, accountability, and prayer, as well as informal times to build relationships with others in the group. The Small Group ministry here at Cornerstone is driven by three fundamental truths:

But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment.” Matthew 22:34-38
Loving God
“And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 22:39-40
Loving Your Neighbor
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20
