Topics covered will include:roles of leadership /customer focus,how to measure/establish the correctperformance metrics, define value fromperspective of customer, and how tocreate a delivery system. BIKE HELMET VIDEO: Safe KidsSouthern Tier New York (SKSTNY)states it is important to remember thatkids should wear a helmet when ridinga scooter, skating, skateboarding orbiking. It is the single most effectivesafety device available to reduce headinjury and death from bike crashes.

SKSTNY and Southern Tier HealthCare System were able to partner withPlanet Marcus and have a videoregarding the importance of a wearinga helmet and fitting tips.

WHAT’s SIX FEET APART? Therule of thumb, or rather feet, hasbeen to stand six feet apart inpublic. That’s supposed to be asafe distance if a person nearby iscoughing or sneezing and isinfected with the novelcoronavirus, spreading dropletsthat may carry virus particles.

Some people use dogs, sportingequipment and other visuals toshowcase the six feet -- theChamber went with squirrels!
