●SludgeCut removes all kinds of sludge, from sludge produced by heavy duty grinding to sludge from fine polishing 　procedures.●Applicable for superfinishing machines, lapping machines, honing machines, broaching machines, thread grinding 　machines, gear grinding machines, shaving machines, gear hobbing machines, external and internal cylindrical 　　　grinding machines, surface grinding machines, multi-functional grinding machines, lathes, forging machines (iron 　oxide), and hardening machines (iron oxide).●SludgeCut's unique mechanism removes particles that cause coolant degradation from the grinding liquid.●Changing filters is not necessary.

●Precipitated sludge is discharged by magnet conveyor installed under the bottom of the tank. At the same time, particles from the grinding wheel precipitated in the bottom of the tank are also discharged. The removal mecha-nism and the tank are combined, in order that sludge does not accumulate in the tank.
