To register for the SLMC 2018 you can either fill this form or visit our website www.slmathsolympiad.org and fill in the online application (preferred). Note that the application fee for online registration is Rs. 500.00 per student whereas for paper registration it is Rs. 600.00 per student. Account details are given below. To register online please visit the website and follow the given instructions. If you are not doing the online registration, please fill this form in English and include students of only one medium in one form. If more forms are needed please photocopy this form. Please make sure that the Sri Lanka Olympiad Mathematics Foundation receives the completed application forms (either by post or by hand delivered) together with the deposit slip or a bank draft for the total payment (we do not accept cheques) on or before 7th March 2018 at the address given below. Admission cards of school applicants will be sent by email (if provided) and by post.
