2.1 Too many presentation
In presentation try not too use too many information in one
slide, because lessinformation that you show the more dramatic it
will be, but if there a lot of importantinformation, so it can be
separated or divided into many slide , because in this era slide
isnot limited anymore like in the past when computer was so
expensive and used OHP
2.2 Too little visual
Presentation that only contain many writing information will
make the audience notinterested and also sleepy when they are
listening to our presentation. Because of that tryto put
interesting slide so people will be interested with our
presentation, in fact you canrepeat it so it will be a plot of a
story. But dont use Clipart, why? Because its already outof date,
so its better to take an interesting picture, because there are a
lot of website thatshow pictures and we can access them instantly,
like google
2.3 Bad quality
If you compressing a picture that size several megabyte into
hundred kilobyte, you mustknow there are some part of the picture
that you have to offered. If you including a photowhich the size is
small , if you make it bigger the picture will be broken , so its
better tochange the picture with a higher resolution.
2.4 Design for all people
If you set up a presentation, that presentation will be given
for all people, like a writingfont that too small because too many
information, so it only can be read by people that sitin front, but
people that sit at the back they can not see at all, so use a font
that bigenough appropriate with the presentation that you will give
to a lot of people.
2.5 Concise, solid, clear
In presentation, use information which concise, solid and clear,
in order that the audiencecan understand the meaning that you give
example70% from the profit that we get fromthis program will be
contributed to our friend that need help This sentence is not
wrongbut when you presented it, you only repeat the sentence in the
slide. Compare withcontribution from 70% profit. In this word the
information is more concise but can beunderstood ,and you also can
presented it with your own word. But you also can use
graphic and diagram.
2.6 Time that have to manage
You will facing a very important information which can change
your life, but you onlygive 2 hours presentation that only go for 1
hour. Is it relevant? Some scientist allocatingtime until 30 hours
in making presentation which can change their life, that 30 hours
alsoinclude making and practicing the presentation training in
front of a mirror

Certainly you think is font important? But that font is very
important example timesnew roman. If it only used on a document
which for printed , its ok. But if forpresentation it will give a
bad impression, not class at all and weird. So use a font which
elegant and match for your presentation, and also the thickness
of the font has to bearranged
3.2 Font combination
In the slide you can combine some font into one slide example
TOYS LINE, childrenkeep placeIn this sentence, Toys land sentence
will have a bigger size and thicker but children keepplace will be
smaller, usually it is on the opening title
3.2 BULLET
Bullet or numbering by making a small picture instead of numbers
can be said is a
feature that is often misused. This cannot be avoided because it
consists of manystructured lists. However, the use of bullet should
be adjusted, such as when awritten list only consists of 1 or 2
words only, then do not use bullets, then when thedata only 3-4
data, it can use the clipart, but if a lot then it can use the
bullet.
3.3 PICTURE
You must already understand how to insert an image, but there
are also manychoices or options and other property, suchas glow,
reflection, soft edges, bevel and3D rotation and other effect2,
which you canuse on your images so that the presentation can be
more interesting.
3.4 ANIMATION
Animation is the killer part of the power point, animation isa
small movement inpowerpoint which consists of animated entry
"entrance",animations assertion emphasis" ,and animated out.All
animations can be applied in all slide objects, text and images.So
use a good animation to your presentation, and do the affirmation
to the importantsentences.
3.5 EFFECT OPTIONS
In the presentations you can insert a voice that can add the
attraction of yourpresentation, as in Steve jobs presentation , he
uses the sound at the time he notify thefalling of placeholder that

If you have a data, it can be made into a graph. The graph is
consisted a lot of tables,lines and circles that can be used
according to the needs and desires, so it doesnt needtoo many
words, because the picture is better than too many words.
4.2. TRANSITION
Transition is the movement from one slide to the next. While not
as killeras animation, transitions also become the dubious part,
too much used, it will seemludicrous but too little can also make a
presentation become bland.You can use some transitions, but you
must remember to use sparingly.
