If you charge your customers freight check the box.Enter a fixed Minimum or Handling Charge.Enter a Rate % (e.g. 10 for 10%).Select the method for calculating and allocating freight (typically “Retail price”).

Starting InventoryTo establish your starting inventory

Software starting date is after your consultant starting dateEnter a purchase on the day before your software starting date, that covers all of the product you have on your shelf as of that date (see ReadMe File on the Help menu for details on entering purchases).Use typical cost, tax and freight values.Enter “Starting Inventory” in the Comment field on the Purchases screen.

Software starting date is the same as your consultant starting date

You do not need to establish a starting inventory.



Entering Your Arbonne Purchases

Click on Purchases to go to the Purchase screen.Enter the Date.Enter your Arbonne invoice number in the P.O. # box.Select Arbonne Intl. as the Vendor (use the second ellipsis … button to add Arbonne if necessary.Select the Method of payment (use the ellipsis … button to enter multiple payments or methods).

Select all of the Retail Products from your order.Select any Bonus Products from your order and enter “5” in the Unit Cost box.Select any Purchase-with-Purchase products from your order and enter the actual price in the Unit Cost box.Select any Host Gifts from your order and enter “20” in the Unit Cost box.

Select any Host Special Products (100 for 20) from your order. Set the Extd Cost to 20.00 for the first item in each group of HSP. Set the Extd Cost to 0.00 for the remaining items in that group. (Also ok to average cost across all items).UNCHECK the Dis (Discount) and Vol (volume) checkboxes next to everything EXCEPT Retail Products.

Enter the total of all Business Aids from your order by clicking on the ellipsis … button and using the Business Item Expenses window.




Enter your Consultant Discount in the Discount box.Enter the Shipping from your order in the Freight box.Enter the Tax from your order in the Sales Tax box.Click on Record to save your entries. This adds the entered products to your inventory and records all of the associated financial information.



Optimizing Arbonne Purchases

If you have not yet placed your purchase with Arbonne, use the Purchase Optimizer to maximize your “100 for 20” and RSVP purchases.

Click on Purchases to go to the Purchase screen.Click on Optimize to open the Purchase Optimizer window.

Select the Retail and Host Special (“100 for 20”) products you would like to purchase (don’t enter Bonus, PWP or Host Gift items). Enter the Qty for each product.Click on Allow RSVP if applicable.Click on Limit HSP to limit the number of “100 for 20” “packages” if desired.Click on Optimize.
