To provide a platform to deliver such exibility at the highest tolerances, the organisation has invested in computer numerically controlled high speed equipment throughout the metal fabrication process.

The Painting line is a multistep system starting with chemical treatment for cleaning, degreasing and adding a layer of protection to the material surface.

Then the application of powder paint by means of electrostatically charged particles followed by a prolonged heating stage secures the quality and durability of the product.

Post painting, the product will be assembled on one of the exible assembly lines, manned by highly trained operators, providing repeatable and reliable consistency and built in quality.

Before nal packing, all products are validated and tested to assure compliance to our strict quality and safety standards.

Each luminaire goes through a complex set of checks verifying functionality and electrical protection.

In order to maintain a safe and waste free environment, Saudi Lighting follows a rigid environmental code, collecting industrial and chemical waste and disposing of it in a responsible manner.

Saudi Lighting Company factory have been awarded ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certicates, providing substance to the organisations on-going commitment towards environment and employee safety.
