• PPOC subcommittee met with marketing research analyst several times in May, 2015 to discuss survey goals and formulate/review questions.
• Survey scope was limited to interior amenities only
• PPOC recommended to the Board to move forward with the survey; Board approved.
• Paper survey sent to all unit owners with the option to complete the survey online or by paper
• Responses received July 1 – August 3, 2015
• In conjunction with the survey, the subcommittee visited a number of similar associations, such as Skyline Plaza, Skyline Square, Rotonda, and Lakeside. The subcommittee also looked at other condo web sites to see what kinds of amenities are being offered.

The fitness center is by far the most frequently us ed amenity, with nearly ½ of all survey respondents (and more than 7 in 10 of those who use at least one amenity) using the fitness center. 4 in 10 respondents are not interested in a general activity room. Among those who are interested, having an informal gathering place for adults is th e most commonly chosen option, with almost twice as many people naming that as naming a place for sm all children or teenagers
