L’invecchiamento non è la sola ragione per cui si formano le rughe. Molti altri fattori, oltre all’età, contribuiscono alla loro comparsa: il derma diminuisce la sua capacità di produrre collagene, elastina e acido ialuronico a causa dell’azione dei raggi ultravioletti, dello smog, dello stress, dell’inquinamento, di una alimenta-zione errata, e di tutti quei fattori metabolici capaci di generare radicali liberi.

I fibroblasti, le cellule che nel derma producono collagene, elastina e acido ialu-ronico, hanno sulla loro superficie molti recettori, tre dei quali ci interessano in modo particolare perché, una volta stimolati, inducono il fibroblasto a produrre collagene di diversi tipi.

I recettori individuati come CD39 e CD 40 inducono la formazione di collagene di 1° tipo (collagene fibrotico) mentre i CD 44 inducono la formazione di collagene reticolare, di 3° tipo. Il collagene reticolare è caratteristico della pelle giovane, quello fibrotico della pelle invecchiata.

Aging is not the only cause for wrinkle formation. In addition to age many other factors contribute to their appearance: the dermis decreases in its ability to pro-duce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid because of the effects of ultraviolet rays, smog, stress, pollution, poor nutrition and of all those metabolic factors capable of producing free radicals.

The fibroblasts and the cells producing collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid in the dermis have many receptors on their surface and three of them are of special inte-rest to us because they induce the fibroblasts, once they are stimulated, to produce collagen of different types.

These receptors , known as CD 39 and CD 40, induce the formation of collagen type I (fibrotic collagen) whereas the CD 44 induce the formation of reticular collagen, type III. The reticular collagen is characteristic of the young skin, the fibrotic collagen of the aged skin.

Che una buona biostimolazione, (attivazione CD44) che induca una rigenerazio-ne dermica con neoformazione di collagene reticolare è possibile solo con fattori di crescita piastrinici o con prodotti a base di “frammenti di acido ialuronico” in un range compreso tra 20 e 38 monomeri mentre l’acido ialuronico macromolecola-re* non induce alcun tipo di attivazione fibroblastica sebbene possa trovare una sua utilità in un’azione di idratazione profonda.

La biostimolazione LINEA Fillervit Italfarmacia, a base di frammenti di acido ialuronico e aminoacidi è un trattamento che aiuta a mantenere la giovinezza della pelle, producendo collagene reticolare, migliorando turgore, elasticità, tono cutaneo e contrastando l’azione dei radicali liberi. That a good biostimulation (activation of CD44) that induces a dermal regenera-tion with new formation of reticular collagen is only possible with platelet-derived growth factors or with products based on “fragments of hyaluronic acid” between 20 - 38 monomers while the macromolecular hyaluronic acid * does not induce any type of fibroblast activation although it may be useful for an action of deep hydration.
