Skills & Trainingin the Bakery Industry
“ I was sceptical at first about bringing in Scottish Bakers to do training with our staff as we have had mixed results with providers in the past.
But I have to say I have been amazed at the results. There has beeen an enthusiasm for the qualifications and the bakery trainers know what they are about which has led to us making improvements in our production methods, reducing wastage and improvements in employee motivation and morale.”
