Todays focus
! Sweden has a population of 9.8 million and a geography with a distance of 1 600 km from Treriksröset up north to Smygehuk down south
! The rail market is deregulated and SJ is the leading provider of passenger traffic
! We run three night train lines with very different market conditions
! Todays focus is on the night train between Stockholm and Malmö

The Stockholm-Malmö night train
• One train in each direction 6 days a week
• Departs at 10:00 pm and arrives approximately 06:30 am
• Four product offerings - 1st class sleeping car, 2nd class sleeping car, Couchette and Seat
• Punctuality 95%
• Business and leisure travellers
• Competes with air travel as well as long distance busses Malmö
