STATUS OF COMPLIANCE CONDITIONS S. No. (A) GENERAL CONDITION :- STATUS OF

COMPLIANCE. 01 No Additional Land shall be acquired for any Utilities

related to the project. Complied

02 The Stack Height of the stack shall be as per the EPA Act, 1986 in this regard with continuous online monitoring system on APCM and ETP.

Complied.

03 Dry ash collection system shall be provided. The Project authorities shall adhere to provision stipulated in the fly ash notification of Sep.1999, and as amended in August 2003 in regard to fly ash utilization. Fly ash shall be disposed in the ash pond through HCSD mode and bottom ash through medium slurry mode.

Complied. (Installation an Automatic collection system of fly ash as per requirement of our plant.)

04 The Ash Pond shall be provided with liming on all sides.

Not Applicable in our plant.

05 Effective dust suppression measures shall be taken to control SPM level in the area and ensure that the ash from the ash pond does not get airborne.

06 Dust extraction and suppression system and water spikiness shall be provided for controlling fugitive dust during transportation and other vulnerable area of the plant.

07 Water requirement shall not exceed about 300KLD and shall be met from the existing bore well.

Complied.

08 Treated effluent conforming to the prescribed standards shall be recycled and reused within the plant area. No effluent shall be discharge outside the plant boundary.

09 Rain water harvesting shall be practiced. A detailed scheme for rain water harvesting to recharge the ground water aquifer shall be prepared in consultation with CGWA/SGWA.

10 Leq of Noise level shall be limited to 75 dB A and regular maintenance of equipment should be undertaken. For people working in high noise area personal protection devices should provided.

11 The PP will plant area trees all around the periphery of the projects and noise along the road side. The total green area in the project will be 33 % of the project area.

12 First aid and sanitation arrangement shall be made for the drivers and other contact workers during construction phase.

13 Regular monitoring of the ambient air quality shall be carried out in and around the power plant and records maintained. The location of monitoring stations and frequency of monitoring shall be decided in consultation with HSPCB.

14 The PP shall advertise in at least two newspapers widely circulated in region around the project one of which shall be in the vernacular language of the locality concerned.

15 Half yearly report on the status of implementation of the stipulated condition and environmental safeguards shall be submitted to R.O. MOEF./HSPCB.

16 R.O.MOEF and HSPCB will monitor the implementation of the stipulated condition. a completed set of EIA and EMP with the additional information submitted from the time to time shall be forwarded to the RO for their use during the monitoring.

17 Separate funds shall be allocated for implementation of environmental protection measures along with item wise break up. These cost shall be included as part of the project cost. The funds earmarked for the environmental protection measures shall not be diverted for other purpose and year wise expenditure shall be reported to the MOEF/SEAC.

01to 03 The Special Conditions S.No. 01, 02 and 03 related to Authorities.

04 The Above Stipulations shall be enforced along with the provision of the Water (Prevention & Control of pollution ) Act- 1974 , the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution ) ,Act-1981 and the Environmental Protection Act-1986, the manufacturing , storage and import of Hazardous chemical Rules, 1989,Hazardous waste ( Management & Handling ) Rules , 1989, the Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991 and rules there under Environmental Impact Assessment Notifications no. 1533 (E) dated 14/06/2006 and any other applicable legislation or restrictions / conditions imposed by any statutory authority.

Complied. (Grant the Consent for AIR/Water /HW from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board for the year 2014-2016. Ref. No. HSPCB/Consent/2779413/ Kur/cto/329022. From 03/01/2014 to 02/01/2016 And further we have applied from 2016 to 2019 under Air /water Acts.

05 S. No. 05 related to SLEIAA. Not Applicable. 06 All other statutory clearance such as the approvals for

storage of diesel from chief controller of explosives, Fire Department, civil aviation, Deptt. Of Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 and Wildlife (Protections) Act-1972 etc., shall be obtained as applicable, by project proponents from the competent authorities. All other safety measure is under taken at site as required under the laws.
