CAMP DETAILS

1. Chaperoning of students: Students entering 5th grade and above will be chaperoned at all times. Children younger than 5th grade must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

2. Fees: Make checks payable to SIUE String Camp. No refunds given after June 20. Save $10 if your registration is postmarked by June 1 3. Required materials for registration:

� Health consent form � Liability waiver form (MUST HAVE A WITNESS SIGNATURE)

5. Lunch: Bring your own lunch or buy it in the SIUE Morris Center Food Court 6. Parking: If you will remain on campus during the day, you will park in Permit Lot E, or in Pay Lot B. You MUST provide

all requested information about your car before we can order a Lot E parking permit for you. The Suzuki program is not responsible for passes that are not available on time due to incomplete information.

7. Supplies: Reading Students (Suzuki Book 2 and above, and public school students) -- bring music stand every day.

Please bring your Suzuki books with you if repertoire is not memorized. And, bring your instrument! 8. Repertoire: Final Concert pieces will be chosen from the Suzuki repertoire list found online at

www.siue.edu/artsandsciences/music/suzuki. All concert pieces must be memorized; public school students may use music. The chamber ensembles and orchestra will also perform.
