MASSUFN HOW IT WORKS MISSION JOIN US

MassUFN is an Urban Gardening movent to provide just harvested organic produce to local residents that is accessible,

affordable and abundant.

How it Works

Apply for and recieve a garden box to built at a garden site

designated by you

Grow produce from a list of seasonal vegatables

MassUFN will pickup what you grow, paying fair market value

for your harvest

INTEREST FREE FINANCING NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES KEEP OR SELL WHAT YOU GROW

Application and Financing

First, you must submit an Application Request.

Start-up costs are financed interest-free

by MassUFN and applied to your Online Marketplace

account balance. Establish a course of conduct with

the garden site owner (and gardener) on how the

space will be maintained and agree to all MassUFN

Terms & Conditions

Construction and Support

Once your application is approved, you

are A) placed with a garden site close to

your home, B) placed with a gardener close to your

home, or C) your proposed garden space is

assessed. One complete, agreed upon raised garden

bed(s) are constructed at the site.

Growing and Selling

As produce is harvested, keep if for your

own personal consumption or sell it to

MassUFN. Garden site owner and

gardener share produce and/or revenue.

Easy to get started

Gardner

An avid gardener with no place to get your hands in

the soil. You are looking for a plot to cultivate and

make your own. You understand the time and labor

commitment necessary to maintaining a successful

garden.

Garden site owner

You have space on your property that could host at

least one 4’x8’raised garden bed or two 4’x4’ beds.

However, you do not have the time or energy to turn

that space into a garden. You are looking for

someone to transform your space into a beautiful and

bountiful garden.

Gardner + Gardensite

You have space on your property which could host at

least one 4’x8’ raised garden bed or two 4’x4’ beds.

You are an avid gardener and would like to transform

your space into a beautiful and bountiful garden. You

understand the time and labor commitment

necessary to maintaining a garden.

Many way to participate

Garden Beds

Must be raised garden beds. No

in-ground farming accepted.

Sunlight

. Site must receive a minimum of 6 hours

of direct sunlight, or more.

Watering

. Site must have a water source.

Rainwater catchment can be provided.
