Early on it was evident that while most people have the desire to Open or Own a Successful Restaurant, Lounge, Bar, Store, Club or Entertainment Venue, not many have that first hand knowledge needed to accomplish it. These skills only come from starting at the bottom & learning your way thru to the top, which I am proud to say I & all the Members on my Team have done. Thank you for taking a moment to look at my Company LadyBug Consulting. LadyBug was started after My extensive Opening & overseeing the Operation of Many NYC Food and Beverage Establishments. A General Description of what LadyBug Consulting offers includes but not

limited to: finding that perfect location for your Venue by acting as your REBNY Certified Broker, acquiring any needed SLA/Cabaret license, acquiring the perfect Contractor for the Build out, Selecting Key Management including selecting your Exec. Chef & General Manager, Assisting in inventory procuring & price negotiation, HR set up, setting policy/procedures for your Bookkeeping/Banking/Accountant, FOH & BOH staffing, training & scheduling, acquiring the right PR Firm and spearheading all Branding, Marketing, Advertising & Promotions, Hosting the Grand Opening Event, then once open over seeing the Operations & facilitating those proper policies and procedures. Once the Venue is complete LadyBug will train all organizational elements and hand over the keys to the Management Team remaining in place. With the understanding that No two projects are the same; Ladybug Consulting has a lengthy & diverse line of experience & we can play as small or as large a role in your project as needed.

Ladybug Consulting has worked on a wide variety of projects from Opening Trump Restaurants LLC; Trump Bar, Trump Events, Trump Grill, Trump Cafe, Trump Store & Trump Ice Cream Parlor, Opening LT Burger in Bryant Park for Celebrity Chef Laurent Tourondel, opening A.G. Kitchen for Celebrity Chef Alex Garcia, Reorganizing & selling of Corio (Burlesque Entertainment Restaurant), Opening Kyochon's U.S. flagship location (Korean chicken), Reorganizing & Opening a second location for Agata & Valentina (Italian grocer), Reorganizing & opening a second location for Red Rock West Saloon (tourist/biker/dive bar), Reorganizing Burrito Bar Kitchen in Brooklyn, Reorganizing Il Cibreo, Nonna, Firehouse Tavern, Brads (3 locations) & Fuel (7 locations) for The Restaurant Group & Opening of Freshii (Master Franchise Health food QSR). SPECIFIC SERVICES WE OFFER:

REBNY BROKER /REAL ESTATE AGENT: We can find that perfect location for your project, negotiate the Lease & Complete the closing.

LIQUOR, CABARET, SIDEWALK CAFÉ LICENSE: We can hire the right Team of Lawyers & offer assistance in acquiring any needed Liquor, Sidewalk Café, Cabaret license for your project. Assisting Lawyers in Community Board hearings, submitting documentation to the SLA for approvals.

CONTRACTOR, ARCHITECT, CONSTRUCTION/BUILD OUTS, REMODEL: We can hire and oversee the proper Contractors & Architects for the Build out or remodel of your Project. We will hold them accountable for remaining on timeline, completing all tasks & keeping true to quoted bid budget.

EXECUTIVE CHEF: We can hire and oversee your Executive Chef and assist him/her in Menu creations of not only Food but also Beverage. We can select proper Inventory to complete your project & then negotiate the best pricing for all residual orders & streamline weekly orders within a budget. We can also implement inventory procedures & controls virtually guaranteeing optimum Cost of Goods on all inventory purchased.

GENERAL MANAGER, MGMT TEAM: We can select & train your Operations Mangers, when we leave the project your Management Team will have all the tools needed to successful Manage your projects Day to day Operations. We will train all the policies/procedures, rules and outline the daily check lists needed to be completed from each staff member to operate a well oiled organized machine.

PUBLIC RELATIONS, MARKETING, PROMOTIONS: We will hire and spearhead the Branding of your project, create marketing strategies & ongoing promotions that will bring your projects brand to the public thereby generating consistent Revenue. We will assist in creating all Social Media outlets & streamlining them for optimum daily exposure. We will help Host your Grand Opening/Reopening Event & have all needed Press Exposure & Brand Sponsorship needed to make it a huge success.

HUMAN RESOURCE: We can set up all of your Human Resource needs. From hiring your Front of the House hourly employees & Back of the House cooks to booking Entertainers, DJs, Bands & your bonded Security Team. We set up personnel files & documentations, set up weekly payroll & insure your Company is in compliance with all Labor Laws.

BOOKKEEPING, BANKING, ACCOUNTANT: We can set up proper money handling policies & procedures with many levels of controls, daily Invoice imputing, Bill payments, 30 Net accounts, acquire credit card processing services at optimum rates, set up machine servicing, keeping license up to date procedures, then hire a bookkeeper to keep your company on track once we part ways. We can retain the services of an outside Accountant skilled in tax preparation in the Food & Beverage industry & oversee that you are in compliance while taking advantage of all benefits allowed. HEALTH & MENTAL HYGEINE: The Coveted Letter Grade in NYC is something to be taken extremely serious- seeing as though anything less then an "A" in a window of any Restaurant will all but guarantee its impending Closing. We can set up staff trainings, Policies/Procedures, Daily Operational checklists & we can also set you up with the best tribunal litigator & expeditor in the city to combat any issues that may arise. The Cleanliness & Health of your establishment is a daily battle & is ever ongoing for the life of your Business, setting up proper P/P is essential.
