DescriptionAssistants for Tile Mosaic Project
To Check and ensure that set up of facility for tile mosaic workshop is in order on a daily basis. To also ensure that supply of equipment and raw supplies are always sufficient and to guide the athletes in the tile mosaic project.

DescriptionFlag Bearers Assist in hoisting of the winners' flags.
To also be part of the march-in entry when entering field of play during Victory Ceremonies (VC).

Benefits: An opportunity to experience the first YOG. Involvement in the operations of the YOG’s VC allows possible future opportunities in other major sporting events.
Time Commitment

personnel/officials and ensure only relevant entities get hold of the updates as soon as confirmations are set.

competition when the ball is out of the playing boundary e.g. Tennis, Football etc.

DescriptionMedal/ Mascot Bearer (17 years & above)
Preparation of the medals/mascots prior to the commencement of the Victory Ceremonies (VC). Deliver and/ present the medals/mascots to the presenters and ensure a graceful entry.

Benefits: Etiquette and protocol experience. An opportunity to experience the first YOG and to also come up close and personal with athletes and delegates.

To help in lining up medallists and presenters in proper order before re-entry into the field of play for Victory Ceremony (VC). To also assist in checking the medallists' uniforms and appearance before the ceremony commences.
