PROCEDURE

On Receipt of confirmed Job order & Exact Job descriptions of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, Job portals, Advertisements and Headhunting. Our specified Recruitment Manager test the responding candidates for their skill matching the job description and trade test if required. The shortlisted candidate’s CVs with Recruitment Managers remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the clients are invited to India to personally evaluate the candidates and it is an added advantage to understanding our mode of operation.

ASSURING QUALITY

We also mobilize shortlisted candidates under our full guarantee, if agreed by the client. The candidates approved by the clients are checked for medical fitness and the client is informed about the visa process. Having very good contacts with major international travel agencies, we confirm the air ticket of the selected candidates and mobilize them at the earliest to their destination, under prior intimation to clients.

THE PROMISE We will be fully responsible up to three months of probation period for the performance, behavior and productivity of the workers finally selected by DHITECH. Anyone found unfit will be repatriated at our expenses and replacement will be made free of charge. Our Responsibility

Technical trade testing & keeping them ready for approval. Delegates coming for an interview will be received at the airport and

accompanied to the hotel. Final interview then scheduled as desired by client and also providing all

facilities. Providing medical report of the selected candidates, consisting of tests as per

the respective country’s medical standards. Arranging government formalities like immigration clearance, visa stamping,

police clearance certificate etc. Orientation to the candidates adequately on the local law and personal conduct

to the respective countries of employment. Placing the approved candidates within desired time limit under prior

intimation. Providing all possible help to the candidates in embarkation and airport

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT

To help conduct interviews and recruit candidates internationally from India. You need to organize a few documents. Depending on the country of employment, these are:

GULF COUNTRIES – Initially Foreign Employer / Sponsor should complete online procedure by visiting at emigrate.gov.in and get registered them self. They have to registered DHITECH Consultancy Services with Emigrate # RA7712 for raising online demand. Send required documents such as “Power of Attorney, Demand Letter & Specimen Employment contract”. Send mail to “Protector of Emigrant” for obtaining interview permission & completing immigration formalities.

SAUDI ARABIA - Authorization letter to the Saudi consulate, Duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce, Demand Letter, Employment Contract (For all candidates without an high school diploma all the mentioned documents Must be attested Sponsorship) declaration form for Emigration suspension, Invitation letter from the sponsor, addressed to Consular General, Saudi Consulate must be attested by Chamber of commerce, Ministry of Interior and yellow visa slip for Residence Visa.

SELECTION PROCESS

The process of recruitment consisting and follows a well-defined path, from Client-brief to Final appointment. In every assignment, customizing to meet Client needs is the main criterion. Personalized Service: Every member of the DHITECH Team is given specific charge of each assignment. According they liaises with the Client, and submits bi-weekly status reports. Screening: The DHITECH data bank containing over 11, 50,000 active bio-data is first trapped; potential candidates are then contacted by the most expedient means. If necessary, advertisement is released, applications are then invited to a preliminary interview, and this is conducted by competent professionals with a background in the relevant discipline, whether technical / non-technical / management… Interviews are than conducted by the Client’s after giving about two to three weeks’ notice to arrange the candidates. Interviews can be carried out in any part of India depending on the number of candidates. Candidates are thoroughly tested / examined in terms job skills and evaluated for personal traits; a written assessment is made of their suitability for the post. Comprehensive candidate’s profiles consisting of bio data, assessment with test report and other related observations are presented to Client. The Client or their Authorized Representative may then make a direct selection or may opt for a further interview processing involving DHITECH. We than arrange his /their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives. Medical Checkup - After final selection we send the workers/ candidates for medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment. Application for visa - For selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer. Ticketing and Emigration - The employer may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses in favor of DHITECH Consultancy Services to facilitate travelling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates. Orientation before departure - DHITECH provides basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and first-hand information of work environment there & salient features of labour laws of the country of employment.

EMPLOYER SECTION

To begin with, the Employer and the DHITECH should execute an agency agreement between them

stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon

which the manpower trade will be executed.

Letter of Authority

The Employer / Principal will issue a letter of authority in favor of DHITECH addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing them that M/s. DHITECH Consultancy Services is their bonafide Manpower Recruiting Agent fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submissions and

delivery, with the said Embassy. (Applicable to Middle - East and Far- East countries only).

Demand Letter

The Employer / Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favor of DHITECH stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for

workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.

Specimen Agreement of Employment

SERVICE AGREEMENT (Draft Copy)

and M/s. DHITECH Consultancy Services, Office #426, Arenja Corner, Sector-17 , Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400703,

Maharashtra, India. with their Recruitment Registration # 0019/Mum/Per /1000+/5/7712/2006 herein after called as

SECOND PARTY. The Terms and Conditions agreed to by the EMPLOYER AND AGENCY (LEGEL REPRESENTATIVE) which govern this AGREEMENT are set forth hereunder.

1 MOBILISATION OF MANPOWER

1.1 The Employer will send the Manpower Requirement Order which will mentioned in details.

Categories in which Manpower are required

Number of Manpower required in each category.

Brief Job description of each category.

Minimum qualification and experience required for each category.

Salary and other terms & facilities offered to selected employee.

Duration of contract

Details of food, Accommodation and other facilities provided to the Manpower.

When the Manpower are required to join. 1.2 The Employer will complete online documentation with Indian Mission in respective Country and must obtain user

ID and Password then the same send to us along with the scanned documents such as “Demand Letter, Power of Attorney and Specimen Agreement” to raise online demand & register RA7712 in Emigrant System.

1.3 DHITECH shall propose to the Employer screened applicants after conducting thorough evaluation of their qualification, work experience, personal interview, background investigation, etc. which satisfy the job description given by the Employer.

1.4 A Schedule and Venue for interview will be issued by the Employer in writing as and when required with minimum 10days advance notice and DHITECH will promptly follow the same.

2 PROVISION OF FACILITIES, STAFF FOR THE EMPLOYER’S REPRESENTATIVES.

2.1 DHITECH will provide an air conditioned car with a driver to the EMPLOYER’s Representative during official visit to India for Recruitment.

2.2 Communication facilities, such as Telephone, Fax, & Email will be arranged by DHITECH for the EMPLOYER’s Representative.

2.3 Necessary experienced office staff will be allocated by DHITECH to attend exclusively to the Employer’s Representative requirements and assistance during the interview.

2.4 DHITECH will provide well-furnished office space for the Employer’s Representative for conducting interview / selection of Manpower.

2.5 DHITECH will arrange proper workshop, tools, and materials, for the Trade Testing of the Manpower, if required. It is suggested that the information be given in writing with three days minimum advance notice to the Employer.

2.6 The Employer will bear the cost of hotel accommodation for their delegates with regards to the recruitment of Staff and General Workers.

3 PROCESSING AND DEPLOYMENT.

3.1 The period of processing until deployment from the date of receipt of visa documents, power of attorney and demand letter by DHITECH should not be more than a month except if such documents are received just prior to Ramadan or National holidays.

3.2 Any problem encountered during the processing which would entail delay in deployment will be immediately brought to the attention of the EMPLOYER’s by DHITECH.

3.3 Failure by DHITECH to deploy a recruited Manpower within a specified time frame may result in cancellation of the selection.

3.4 DHITECH will continuously monitor the balance requirements of the Employer to ensure that proper candidates are selected and mobilized at the earliest as per the exigencies of work.

4 TERMS OF CONTRACT (Terms & Conditions are subject to mutual understanding between both the Parties) 4.1 For Supervisor’s / Engineer’s / Executive / Senior Staff category (White Color) – Our consultancy fees would be 75%

of the Gross salary and payable by the company within 30 days from the successful mobilization of the selected candidate’s.

4.2 Joining Ticket for White color & Workers should be arranged by Company / Sponsor. 4.3 Workers Category (Blue Color) – Shall cover all the position categorized as skilled worker (SW) & Unskilled workers

(USW). 4.4 Workers service charges as per Annexure ‘A’. 4.5 Advertisement in local newspaper will be arranged by DHITECH free of charge.

4.6 THE EMPLOYER SHALL PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT VISA FOR SELECTED CANDIDATE’S.

5 PROBATION – The candidates selected by the EMPLOYER will initially be on a probationary period of three months. Should EMPLOYER decided to terminate an employee, selected by them within the probation period, due to employee’s performance is not considered satisfactory or he is physically unfit, The DHITECH upon the EMPLOYER’s notification shall repatriate the terminated employee and replace more suitable candidate with FREE REPLACEMENT.

6 Payment Terms and Invoicing - DHITECH shall furnish all the INVOICES in respect of mobilization of selected candidates / services for expenses and compensation towards organizing the interview program or any other services as requested by EMPLOYER. It is sole responsibility of EMPLOYER to clear all the dues / Invoices and shall be paid immediately from the submission of INVOICE; details of Bank account for payment shall be advised to EMPLOYER accordingly.

7 DURATION OF SERVICES – The duration of the services of DHITECH to be performed under this contract shall be for TWO YEARS from the effective date. Thereafter, both the parties shall have the right, at its sole discretion to extend the services for additional year’s or part thereof on the basis of the rates, terms and conditions.
