The MyPUP (My Pick Up Point) solution has been developed to make parcel delivery at work, easy and simple. Packages are distributed to automated lockers –pick-up points – for employees to collect.

MyPUP takes care of the process of receiving and returning parcels and post in the office. This means post room and reception staff are no longer responsible for delivering mail to individuals at their desks. It also takes less time to sort and organise mail, so fewer full-time employees would be needed.

Our smart lockers are installed with our Simplicity lockingsystem that is connected to the MyPUP parcel software.

• When an employee orders a delivery to work, theinternal person tasked with organising post will place the parcel in an automated locker at the pick-up point.

• Once the locker has been closed, the employee will thenreceive a message either by SMS or email to say theparcel is ready to be collected, along with a unique codeto provide access.

• The software can also send a notification to receiver reminding them that they have a parcel to collect.

MYPUP London Courier ServiceClients in the London area also have the option of a courier service. This means parcels will first be delivered to a central hub where they are logged on the system. A courier then physically places the parcel into the locker at the relevant pick-up point.

The convenience of online shopping has made itincreasingly popular. But to receive deliveries shoppersneed to be at home during delivery times or have parcelsdelivered directly to the office. This can be disruptive forother staff and, for large organisations, it can take post-room and reception staff away from other work.

Residential lockers – concierge services in apartment blocks receive many parcels, filling the reception area with boxes. MYPUP can be used to store residents' deliveries. Parcels can then be collected quickly and easily at the tenants' convenience.

MYPUP pick-up lockers are supplied as a ‘plug-in and play’ solution, so for our expert team to install them is simple. MYPUP locker units are manufactured in metal and come in a range of colours for strong and robust design. A range of unit combinations are available withsmall, medium, large and extra-large compartments. These accommodate 95% of most commonly used parcel sizes. There are seven different types of units to choose from. Whatever configuration you choose first, you can add more units in the future if a particular size is found to be useful.
